I have been going to the same dentist for years for a reason. The staff is excellent and the care is great. Dr. Ratcliff goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. I’ve struggled with dental anxiety from bad past experiences and I almost look forward to receiving a teeth cleaning now.

I was referred to this office by my brother after an injury to my mouth. The whole staff at this office was accommodating and kind. They promptly got me in and I am now on the road to getting my teeth fixed. I cannot express how relieved I am to have gone here. I will definitely continue to use them as well as refer others. This office is top-notch. This was my first visit.
From the time of setting up the appointment, filling out ppwrk with admin, working with hygienist, then dentist, and finally the billing area, the experience was great & professional.
Everyone had very warm & friendly personalities. My hygienist & Dr Ratcliff were both awesome!! I was initially somewhat nervous because I was in a lot of pain and just unsure what would happen. DR. Ratcliff & his assistant worked gently with me throughout the exam and kept checking to make sure I was okay. As Dr. Ratcliff provided information to his assistant, he would rephrase this infirmation in normal terms for my benefit. I really appreciated this. It helped me to not be as nervous because I understood my situation. Based on my experience on this first visit, I will definitely continue using Dr. Ratcliff for my dental services.
BTW, the waiting room & patient rooms aesthetics is a very nice arrangement
& clean in appearance.

I've been going to Dr. Ratcliff for 20 years +. Great staff, great hygienists. They aren't on my new insurance list but I still go there and just pay the difference because they're so good. Highly recommend.

Dr Ratcliff is and always has been a fantastic doctor. I have had the pleasure of being a patient of his since I was a child. I try and refer anyone that I can to him because I very much trust his work and because he and his team are always amazing. He was also my inspiration to go to school for dental assisting. Everything about my experience at Dr. Ratcliff’s office was excellent. The women I interacted with on the phone and in the office were kind, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Ratcliff immediately made me feel at ease. I had two chipped crowns on my front teeth and he was able to repair them both beautifully and in a timely manner.

Dr. Ratcliff's Office always takes care of me, starting with seeing me at the scheduled arrival time. X-Rays and cleaning are fast and efficient, but also thorough. My hygenist and the rest of the office staff are always pleasant and friendly, and the good doctor is not only knowledgable and professional, but very personable as well. In my 63-year history with various dentists over the years, this is by far my most top-notch dental experience.
