I wish I could give a 0. Don't go to this office. After getting a cosmetic consult for my daughter that was astronomically priced (which seemed to magically increase each visit,) we decided to get another consult at a closer specialized dentist. We paid a fraction of the cost for a much better outcome. Dr. Sergie is still not reimbursing what we are owed after we decided to not move forward with him. He does his own insurance billing and will do insurance gymnastics to make sure he makes money regardless if you decide to go somewhere else. Super dishonest practice.

From pre-appointment scheduling to post-care follow-up, the service has exceeded my expectations! First of all, everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I could tell they really care about their patients and providing excellent service. They were extremely detailed about everything: analyzing my teeth photos, sharing how to maintain good dental hygiene, preventing issues, etc. So if you are looking for a top notch dentistry, I highly recommend In Focus! 🙂

Going to a new dentist is always a nervous experience for me but everyone from Dr. Sergie, to his entire staff were so welcoming and friendly. All very professional and just made me feel comfortable all around. I usually don’t trust first opinions in regards to my teeth but Dr. Sergei took the time to explain everything going on in my mouth and what a good treatment option was for me. They never made me feel rushed even though I was their last patient of the day! I will be bringing my family to him for care and recommending him to any friends in the future.
