I had a great experience in Lancaster Family Dentistry! I needed a cleaning and since I was a new patient I had an oral evaluation and radiographic images done to me. Prior to arrival the staff sent me all forms I needed to complete via email. It was that simple! I also enjoyed the free goodies the bag contained to keep my teeth clean and healthy!

I have dental anxiety because of my past experiences with other places and I can say my first time with Lancaster Family Dentistry made me feel comfortable! I had a great dental assistant who was very knowledgeable in their field, the Dr who was filling in was very nice and skillful and gave me some useful information regarding my teeth and gums.

They were very professional. They were very friendly with my boys and was very knowledgeable and was willing to teaching them about how to keep their teeth and gums clean. My boys can’t wait to go back which is surprising. They even let my youngest help (photo below). Now he is interested in becoming a dentist. Keep up the great work guys!

My visit was Delightful She made my baby feel comfortable and relaxed she engaged with us the whole time. He got a really cool gift bag at the end of the visit☺️☺️ Jose was really nice and really cool he made my baby and I very comfortable front desk ladies were really really nice .

I just love the staff, they are my family now! Dr. Ye is so thorough, and gentle. Unlike other dentist I’ve seen over the years he makes certain you are comfortable before any procedure. I officially have my own dentist who I trust, and I feel confident that I’ll get the care I need every time I visit. ?

All went very well after the loud television volume in the lobby at 9 am. All staff & the Dentist were attentive, very informative and accommodating of my anxiety. I am very pleased to have located this dentistry.

The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. The dentist was impatient & rude. This was my second visit. My first visit was with a Dr. Stevenson, who was very professional. The eldery female dentist I had was rude & had no time to explain my options. I wish Stevenson was back. I have got to seek another location.
