Went to get a cleaning. They sat me down and I waited for over 30 minute's. They told me I had to get x-rays in order for them to clean my teeth. I let them know i just got x-rays last time I got my teeth cleaned earlier this year and they said ok that's fine. Then 30 minute's pass by and they tell me they decided they changed there mind and I have to get x-rays now to get my teeth cleaned. If it wasn't for the young guy who was the assistant I would give a 1 star.

I first met Dr. Askins and his incredible staff when my husband needed emergent care. My husband who has rarely had a good experience going to the dentist was thrilled with the results, felt comfortable and at ease, and more importantly, he looked forward to seeing everyone again.

This prompted me to schedule my own appointment. From my personal experience, I can say that Dr. Askins takes his time to see the full picture. He has great bedside manner, along with his team of professionals. They are honest and caring!

Love that they use the tool for cleanings vs the manual way. It’s super fast and my teeth actually feel cleaner longer! Love the quick cleanings and everyone is super nice here. Great dentist!

Seriously, though. Dr. Askins is the best dentist that I have ever come across. And I say that as a guy who has had the misfortune of having bad teeth for most of my life and been to multiple dentists in at least four countries (I have worked in military and government jobs). Dr. Askins is caring, professional, gentle, and a perfectionist. I don't say perfectionist in a bad way. He wants the work to be completed to the best of his possible ability. I am completely satisfied. He is honest and will not let you down. I swear to you that you will be completely content with his work. He is all of that AND a bag of chips.

And the staff...oh, don't get me started. Nallely, Miriam, Yessenia, Jaqueline, Brianna, and Jocelyn are AMAZING! Very competent, kind, and professional. I don't know what they get paid, but they all deserve a raise in my humble opinion.

If you are reading my words, then take them to heart and have no doubts. You found the right Dentistry Office in Dallas. Give them a call ASAP! They will take care of you. I had to get fairly substantial work done...and I am 100% satisfied. You will be too!
