Dr. Chau and her staff are professional and friendly.

They have taken care of all my dental needs for the last 5 years and I have had some extensive dental needs. She is very thorough and a perfectionist, which are exactly the qualities that I need in a dentist! She also works really well with my jaw issues.

She has performed root canals and placed crowns for my mother and has also coordinated with an oral surgeon and the manufacturers in order to place dental implants for myself.

Dr. Chau is a fantastic dentist that I definitely recommend to anyone who needs one.

Our new go-to dentist in Houston! We’re normally anxious for our dentist appointments but the minute my husband and I walked in, we felt comfortable & the atmosphere of the office is very welcoming. Kelly (the receptionist), received us graciously; Hang (X-ray tech) did our x-rays ever so gently, and Thy (dental hygienist) was so thorough, gentle, and took the time to educate us regarding dental and gum health. Dr. Chau did an amazing job on explaining the “why and the how” of the dental treatment plan. You truly feel they care about you as a patient and person. We highly recommend!

Horrible service and horrible communication on their part. Store manager, Kelly, even hung up in my face because I did not know there was a specific time frame to confirm appointments nor was I told my appointment had been cancelled before I got there. I would’ve made a point to confirm ahead of deadline had I been given a deadline to confirm. I understand There are procedures, but unless a client is told the procedures and timings for things how are we to know otherwise? Employees work there, patients don’t! I definitely recommend a change in their communication/client communication structure.

I've never had a better dentist experience. Dr. Chau was very nice and efficient. I needed an emergency appointment for TMJ issues, and after hearing me out, Dr. Chau put my fears at ease and spoke to me like I was a family friend. She gave me the impression that she cared about doing the right thing for my overall health instead of making money off of me. I've had nightmare experiences with other dentists being good salespeople and trying to rack up the bill with unnecessary procedures. Dr. Chau pointed out the root problem and referred me out to a specialist who dealt with my specific issue instead of trying to solve my problem herself. She also gave me the quickest and most painless cleaning in my life! Good people like her deserve to do well. She told me she's only had that office for a year, so y'all should come here and support her!

Never thought I'd say this but, I actually had a pleasant experience at my dentist. I did need allot of treatment done since my last dental visit was over 3 years ago,but my deep cleaning was not that expensive! I thought with 7 cavities and a deep cleaning I was going to pay close to $2500, nope! Try $1200 less. I went to other dentist with what I needed done and they weren't remotely close. The Dr. was fair and told me I could do the treatment over time and not all at once. Now I go every 6 months and tell everyone, even if they don't have insurance, Dr. Tran will work with you.
