It’s a 5 star hotel with lots of amenities and packages to choose from, which is also reflected in their high prices. Not entirely satisfied with yearly cleaning procedure in comparison to other dentists I have visited. Also something shocking that I heard from office colleague - negative reviews are reported to Google saying defamatory remarks and then removed, which is why the rating is almost perfect. Not cool and transparent.

When it is after hours weekends or you need urgent dental help, go here.
It is very clean and well organised. Naturally it was a longer waiting time (2hrs) as this was the only place that was open, but this was also without appointment.
You are attended to by people that know what they are doing.
We drove the 60km into Frankfurt because it was worth it.

I was really glad to go for regular cleaning at AllDent in Frankfurt. I was served by Christina and it was the loveliest experience. She is so attentive, so kind, jovial, and patient and she made what might be a slightly uncomfortable process very pleasant. I recommend her in particular and the clinic in general to all of you. And especially to internationals settling in Frankfurt and looking for a dentist.

I don't think they take new/statutory patients.

I made appointments for cleaning the first time through their online booking tool and it was canceled and I rebooked again for a different time slot and dr. but was also canceled with a very vague explanation.

I called to confirm the reason for the cancellation and none was provided with the rep saying they will book me for the session I tried booking and I will get a confirmation text after, as you can guess I never got the text or explanation.

I think its terrible for a business with such high recommendation, not to clearly provide explanation as to why they cancel an appointment to save everyone's time

My dentist explained everything clearly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The work on my teeth turned out perfect, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I went to AllDent for a check up, I had the most caring Dentist, Dr Gezci Oyku who made me feel at easy given my medical situation. They were extremely patient with me and took a lot of care which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend her and the practice.

I had a professional tooth cleaning with Tiziana today. It was a really nice experience for me. She was obviously professional and unexpectly friendly. You would not feel nervous at all. She was really thoughtful and you know she cares for your dental health. She also speaks fluent english. I plan to make my next cleaning oppointment with her. Highly recommend!
