When I joined the team at Springs Dental in April of 2023 I thought the office was beautiful, clean, and bright. I trusted my previous experiences and I was glad to start working in a new environment. Everyone welcoming.
But the day I became a patient exceeded my initial expectations. The day I came to work in pain, Dr. Navarrete immediately, in the middle of our booked and busy schedule said, “Please take an X-ray on Jojo”. A room was ready and as I sat I began to see the office from the perspective of a patient. Ofcourse, I have had dental work done before but this time was different. I was able to see the entire team in action from the view point of a patient and my oh my, my team is exceptional. The entire office springs into action, readying the new addition to the schedule. It all came to life, one body, with all the separate functions. In the front Gaby and Rize are always in control. Manding the front office, (a phone won’t ring and go unanswered or unreturned)
I was guided into a suite and seated, adorned with the shield to protect me and X-ray's are taken. When the doctor walks in, my remaining anxiety melted away. You can feel the security in him as he addresses you kindly and begin to access you. The team impressed me with everything I had already known. The flow. The coordination. I was treated that day as a patient. Precious, SPECIAL. There was no difference. I had a root canal treatment and a crown prepped that same day. Truly, I felt nothing. Sure I worked there, but from all I had observed nothing was different for me. I even went right back to work by choice more confident in everything I was doing than when I went in, in pain. I believed in this team. I had the proof. I could speak with patients and you could hear the difference. Because I was sure of it. I know that the assistants Sacha, Annette & Jorge are going to ensure you are seated, protected and comfortable. Everything was communicated to the doctor.
Dr. Legon & Dr. Navarrete are gentle masters. When they enter the room and you will feel the presence of an expert. It steadies you. The hygienist, Muirka has the hands of Angel She is the chief of the healthy base. Protector of the gums! Before you know it. You’ve come full circle when you leave the chair. You have become family. Your health and experience the #1 priority. The treatment is explained, finances are clear. Options given if you need them.
Exceptional.

Long winded, I know. But truly, Springs Dental of Plantation had my respect, gratitude and admiration.

Dr. HANSEL and his staff are beyond accommodating. They answer the phones promptly and politely, return calls and are very helpful once you’re in the office. Minimal wait time and high quality of service. All the ladies at the front desk and are super nice. Very personable staff. Dr Hansel is so nice and offers many services beyond routine dentistry. The quality of his work is superb! Highly recommend this doctor in and this practice!

Everyone from the receptionist to assistant to dentist were all so nice. I have such bad anxiety about doctors and dentists and it helped so much that they were patient and accommodating while caring for me. The office was very cute, too with a calming aesthetic. 10/10

I was informed and also cared for. From my first visit to my follow up. This office is fast and sufficient, detail oriented and everyone is WELL AWARE and pleasant. Great experience! Friendly staff and much hospitality. Dr. Navarette is a great dentist, and I'm very picky as to who I choose to consult with. I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years, and the staff ensured they'd cover all bases. They performed a root plane and a couple of fillings. The staff is the epitome of professionalism and are also very down to earth. They really care here and they ensure their patients are aware of the other health risks associated with periodontal disease as well and all preventative measures. The doc and staff ensure their patients are informed of the procedures they are going to perform as well as the proper maintenance moving forward. I highly recommend visiting this practice if you are in need of a new dentist. 10/10
