The receptionist remembered my name after 7 months. Always a warm welcome. Staff was attentive and my reason for being there was handled carefully and expertly. The Dentist was friendly, engaging and professional as always. After 3 years of trying to get my dental issues resolved, Aspen Dental handled it all super friendly and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I called with a dental emergency, and the man I talked to was very pleasant. He was able to get me in first thing that morning. I packed up and drove to Conway. My normal dentist had been bought out so I needed a new one. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. That's when all the pleasantness of this company went out the window. The receptionist was clearly extremely annoyed that I had interrupted her office gossip session by opening the front door. She was put off by having to check her computer for my name. She was short and unfriendly in her speech and body language. She said I didn't have an appointment as I'd stated. I told her I had just spoken to a gentleman who made the appointment. She said I spoke with the national call center and "they don't know anything about what's going on in the offices." I asked what they're there for then if appointments don't show locally. She just reiterated that they're worthless. She offered to get me in on Monday (this was Wednesday). I wondered why the national center had open appointments, but she couldn't get me in for 5 days I left to find a professional dental clinic. After relaying this joke of an experience a few times, some friends directed me to Little Rock Dental. They were rock stars and probably charged me a lot less than Aspen was going to get me for. My advice is to stay away from Aspen. Call a company that actually wants your business and doesn't act like you're interrupting their day.

As someone who has had anxiety going to the dentist I can truly and sincerely say this place put me at ease!! Friendly and very very thorough on telling you about your plan of care, costs, etc. They are very transparent and very helpful. When you get there you don’t feel rushed and uncomfortable. They make sure you understand! That means a lot to me! So if I could give 10 stars I would!!

My first time to visit Aspen Dental was this past Thursday. I went in to get an estimate to have all my teeth (that haven’t crumbled and fell out) pulled and get new ones. ALL of the staff was extremely nice, kind and knowledgeable. I did receive my estimate and I was SO surprised by it that I have decided to have my dental work done with Aspen in Conway instead of Millington, TN., which is closer to where I live and stay with a friend for a few days. This is the first nonsense agreeable estimates I have had out of the six I’ve had.
I will finalize the estimate before paying because I can not afford any little surprises after I have begun treatment. But so far I give them an “A” effort, kindness, and knowledge. See you all soon! ?

The most friendly caring people I've ever been around. Most people hate going to the dentist but, Aspen makes all of the fear, apprehension and nervousness go away just by being so kind and caring. I will never use another dentist ever. Love you guys and girls.

I am giving a one star because the past month I have called the answering service and I've had to follow up myself to get in contact with Aspen dental. When I do finally make an appointment for my son to get his wisdom teeth out they call me and say that a dentist is not gonna be available so OK no problem. We reschedule as of today 9/20/2024 we get to Aspen dental for our appointment at 10:30 AM. A lady proceeds to tell us well. The oral surgeon is not gonna be in until Monday and your dentist can do the x-rays and I said well they are the ones that referred us in other words, why would I be there SO, we ended up leaving and I'll never ever go to Aspen dental again. It felt like I had to jump through hoops to finally get an appointment and then my son has to work today and he could've slept in as well as me because WE WORK NIGHTS.
