My Mother came here for a tooth extraction… Two weeks pass and it’s not healing… Snyder days it’s my mom’s fault it is not healing… Then discovers HE LEFT A PIECE of “material” and they have to OPEN IT AGAIN to get the rest out… 2 weeks of pain + 2 weeks of pain + more $$$ than we have… Stay out of this office!!!

Dr Timothy Snyder, where Dr Anestad and Dr. Leighty were on Whispering Pines In Grass Valley, is the Worst ever! Cancelled a surgery for removal of titanium that I am allergic to, to get a tooth removed while standing in his office to have him remove my tooth on that same date. His three staff members in the office heard this and I shared what I had done. I told the nurse who took my X-rays the same thing. When I saw him she had not written it down so he convinced me to have a post put in for a new tooth! He put in titanium and my body rejected it! He made me pay, 10,000 dollars for the procedure and for the removal. He said I already had one in there from a previous implant so I couldn’t be allergic. That was put in four years before my neck and back surgeries that overloaded my body with titanium and produced the allergic reaction. Now with that titanium gone the tiny original post is still pain free so he refuses to pay me back even though everyone in his office and verbally he knew that I was allergic!!!! I don’t have disposable income, I am on social security disability! I have early onset Alzheimer’s and he and his office knew that as well and he took advantage of me. And of the person who helped me pay for it!

Incredible experience! I had a big molar removed and hardly felt a thing! I was sedated but the whole experience was easy!

Thanks Dr. Synder & Staff. I had a wonderful experience with my wisdom tooth removal. They got me in right away. Doctor Synder spend alot of time explaining what to expect and what I needed to do to heal properly. The surgery was quick and painless. The first few days after surgery I was sore but on the 4th I had no pain and minimal swelling. I made sure to follow all of the discharge instructions he provided and they really have helped the healing process. Happy with my experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Avoid this place. I was referred to them by a local dentist to remove a tooth. After providing them with a xerox copy of my x-ray (yes, a copy of the x-ray, not the real x-ray) and speaking with the dentist for all of about 5 minutes, he would not look in my mouth at the tooth. I asked repeatedly to look at as I believed it was infected. I was told by the dentist he is both a dentist and a doctor and there was not a need to look at my tooth. His staff then told me it would be nearly $1100 to extract the tooth and I owed them $143.00 for the "consultation". Even though I paid the $143 they would not prescribe, and still not look, at the tooth in question since I told them I would not pay $1100 for a simple extraction. I went to another dentist locally two days later where they took another x-ray of the tooth, saying my xerox copy did not show what was going on. And get this, they actually looked in my mouth and discovered the tooth was infected. They charged me $90 for the visit, gave me antibiotics and scheduled a removal for ten days later when the infection would be gone. It was another $105 for the extraction as, in the dentists words, "it was a simple extraction". This guy Snyder is a nothing more than a scammer. Charging $143.00 for a consultation without ever once looking at the tooth and then telling me it would be an additional $1100 because of the "difficult" extraction. Avoid this place.

After paying what I was told would be the difference after my insurance coverage, they stuck me with a 400 dollar bill almost a year later. Not to mention the surgeon going out of town the day after my surgery with out informing me. Left me having to see another surgeon at a different office to follow up with the post surgery complications I was having.

Amazing . The entire staff at this office is incredible, they treat you as they would like to be treated. Recently had a few oral surgeries here and not only did everything go well but the staff was very accommodating and genuinely caring.
