Bottom line: Receptionist refused to help.

I can't comment for the dentist himself because we never made it past the receptionist. My daughter had a hole in her tooth and we were trying to get seen right away. The receptionist stated she needed a pre-authorization from Tricare (military insurance)first before we could get seen.

I have never been told that I needed to do that before but I complied and called my insurance. Tricare stated they would cover the visit and treatment but needed the dentist office to submit the paperwork. I go back to the receptionist with Tricare on hold and she refuses to hear me out and says she already told me what needed to happen. I politely try to get her to talk on the phone to Tricare to help sort the issue out and she refused to even hear them out and walked away from the counter.

All I was doing, was trying to get my daughter in so she could get pain relief and fix her dental issue. She refused to hear me out when I tried to explain what I think was a misunderstanding and walked away. The tricare operator figured out why Alpine thought they needed those forms but the receptionist wouldn't even listen to me and kept interupting me.

I ended up having to seek treatment for my daughter elsewhere. I'm sure established patients have great experiences here, but new patients beware: if you're situation remotely has an issue, or they don't understand one thing, they'll just leave you hanging without the opportunity to hear you out.

I will never go to Dr Ordoez ever again!!! I had a root canal and a year later the tooth had to be pulled anyway! I had duel insurance and the procedure should have been paid for . I now have a collection agency call me with a balance due. I give 0 stars. Do not go to this dentist!!

Dr Ordonez and his staff are very professional and warm! I experienced no discomfort whatsoever and my treatment was very thorough and prompt. Best dental care I've received in a very long time!

Just called to make an appointment, but the person there was not willing to do so without my x-rays first. She didn’t even seem to care about the business there. I’ll look elsewhere.
