The orthodontic care is fine. The communication is awful. We selected this practice bc they had a satellite office in our small town. During the first 2 appointments, we specifically stated that. No one mentioned that office would close within a month of our 1st kid getting ortho work there. So now we drive 30 minutes each way bc they already had our money. Ths past week, my son had brackets put on. Over the weekend, he had massive pain and noticeable swelling on one side. We called and left a vm at the after hours number at 12:07 PM on a Saturday. The next Monday, I was sitting in the parking lot at 8:15 AM bc we had no response and my son needed help. The office vm said they open at 8:30 AM. The door sign says 9:00 AM, and neither Google overview nor their website state their hours. It's 9. While wondering when they actually open, I tried the after hours lady again. She answered and told me, "I did not know that I was responsible for that office for after hours care." Apparently, she is not and patients should just "know" to call a different person with a different number for after hours care. Just like we should "know" when they open despite there being different info posted.

We love street orthodontics! Dr.Street is always kind and informative during my little cousins appointments. He always makes him feel comfortable and the staff is always quick to answer any of our questions! Super kind and amazing environment, especially for children. “Great orthodontist! Very good “bedside manner” he explains everything very well and gives me time to ask questions. He and his staff are all top notch! They are good with giving appointments and working with you and around your schedule. Highly recommended!

A really sweet and caring place to go for braces, they are the kindest people you’ll meet. The office is always clean and they all have smiles on their faces when you walk in. i look forward to seeing them every month! I highly recommend !

Dr. Street and his entire team are wonderful!
We have only been with them for a couple of months, but have thoroughly enjoyed and liked our time there. Dr. Street and his assistants explain what they are doing each time and also listen to their patients. Office staff is superb as well. We are happy thus far, and we feel and know that all will work out with my daughter’s orthodontics. If you are needing to get braces, go and consult with Dr. Street and his team.
