Central Dental Group has a beautifully renovated waiting area. The chairs are comfortable, and the staff at the front desk is very friendly and personable.

The patient rooms have beautiful views, and the hygienists do a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The doctor comes in and always does a thorough examination. The expert care and personalized approach goes above and beyond.

I have been coming here for 8 years, and will continue to do so. Thank you Central Dental Group!

Central Dentist Clinic in Santa Clara is great! Living in Santa Cruz, we value Central Dentist’s dental care enough to drive “over the hill” for our appointments. When we arrive at their large, pleasant waiting area, the reception staff are always welcoming.

Central Dentist utilizes digital systems to identify and address dental concerns. The dentist first makes a careful examination of my teeth and gums and takes digital x-rays as needed. Next he reviews them with me pointing out any issues identified and offers potential treatment options. Then a treatment plan is created describing each step (with a cost breakdown) and the dentist reviews it with me. I appreciate the dentist’s efforts to help me understand my dental issues and possible treatments.

After my session with the dental staff, the receptionists are very accommodating in scheduling any upcoming appointments, offering flexibility in choosing dates and times that suit my individual needs. All staff members, from receptionists to dental hygienists and dentists, show a high level of knowledge and work together to provide excellent treatment for my teeth/gums and to make sure that I am comfortable while at the office.

Finally, Central Dentist offers competitive pricing for its services. My appointments typically begin and end on schedule, minimizing wait times. A five star business!

I have been having implants done here for many years and have always been satisfied with the results. Dr. Ahn and his staff have always been very professional as well as being friendly. I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The quality of the work is excellent, I have never had a problem with any of the implants. I will definitely continue to have any future implants done here (of course I hope that won't be necessary!). I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have had two implants done at Central Dental, one about 10 years ago and the other in the past year. I have been satisfied with the work and no problems with the implants. On the latest implant, I went outside my Delta Dental insurance to use Dr Ahn instead. Delta Dental was setup so that the dentist would do the extraction, put in a "bone graft", wait three months, only then allowed to see a surgeon, who would drill out that bone graft, put in the implant and a new bone graft, wait three more months, then the cap and crown later. Using Central Dental, Dr. Ahn did the extraction and implant the same visit. The cost was actually about the same as the out of pocket costs I would have to pay the dentist and surgeon in the insurance plan! So, I saved three extra months of an Alfred E Neuman gap tooth smile!
