My husband and I were so impressed with the staff at Pediatric Dentistry!! They did so well with our kids and made everything so easy!! For bringing 3 kids to one appointment, I was shocked we were in and out in 30 minutes!!! Love their cute set up with all the animals and our kids loved looking at the fish in the waiting room!!

From the time you walk in the door you see smiling faces and they are willing to help with ever it may be. The whole staff is great as well. 10/10 recommend. Front office answers and calls back very quickly and make setting up appointments so easy.
Allie (hygienist) and Dr.John are so patient and kind. They are also very skilled and get the job done. They have made going to the dentist SUCH a better experience for my toddler since I expressed concerns for him being so anxious about visits, along with having issues with going to the dentist doctor etc. My oldest child absolutely loves Allie and doesn’t like for anyone else to clean his teeth but her. We highly recommend Allie. All the hygienist are great as well.
They both went the extra mile and have made this such a positive experience.

This dentistry is the best I’ve ever visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the dentist explains everything in detail. I was worried since my child doesn’t speak English well, but they made sure communication was smooth and did a great job with my child. My child used to be afraid of the dentist, but now he can't wait for the next visit!

My son has been coming here since his first teeth came in, first in Montgomery now Prattville. He's had braces on and off since, he’s 12 now and they are the BEST. Very geared to kids i wish there had been a place like this when i was young. Highly recommend. Everyone at their office is SO helpful and he’s never had a bad experience or been scared to go to his appts. We are big fans!

On a recent visit to the Prattville office I learned I was charged a fee for missing an appointment. I asked about the fee because I had called the Montgomery office the day of the appt to cancel for a legitimate reason due to a recent surgery and hospitalization. The Prattville office said they could not waive the fee because it was made at the Montgomery office so I called and explained my situation to the Montgomery office, which waived the fee while I was sitting in the Prattville office. It should have ended there, but after speaking with that office, a blonde haired woman in the Prattville Office appeared out of nowhere to ask me to come to the front and began to go over every no show fee I’d received in the last 8 months when they could not originally provide any help with the fee. In front of everyone, she accused me of lying by saying I had said I would pay the fee over the phone but now in the office I was asking to waive the fee. I agreed to pay my balance over the phone not knowing what the balance was for until I arrived in the office. They just simply tell you over the phone you have a balance owed at your next appointment. In the end, I told her that I didn’t ask for the information and had worked it out with the Montgomery office and didn’t want to discuss it further as it had been handled and explained it had been a trying time in our household (due to illness). She then grinned and laughed, showing no remorse. We’ve been going to the Montgomery Office for years with never a problem. Today, Smiles On Us and the Prattville Office sent a letter saying my son was banned for no shows. I really don’t care because the negative reviews on here are correct and spot on as they don’t numb children to pull teeth. My kid is traumatized from his experience having his tooth pulled here and the Prattville office front desk service is beyond terrible. They will openly discuss your account with everyone listening and call you a liar about a $25 fee in front of others. We will happily take our business elsewhere because I wouldn’t trust them with my kid now as they’ve shown their egos, and their ability to show sympathy as medical professionals is nonexistent. The Prattville office front workers need to be better trained in customer service and proper ways to communicate with adults of all races because they are horrible in these areas currently and this is proof. I believe there are other reasons this occurred too as we’re African American and the woman trying to school us was not.

And the most messiest part is that they also banned my niece with the same last name as us who has only visited the Montgomery office one time and has made no other appointments with this dentist office. I am not her mother and she is a separate patient but the blonde woman included her in the letter. This was personal because the blonde woman didn’t like being told about her poor customer service.

Dr. Drew and his staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of my son’s dental needs. I had several questions regarding the best treatment plan, and Dr. Drew thoroughly explained the options and communicated with great clarity post procedure expectations. Great experience!!
