I've had several implants in the past and the last two caused a lot of discomfort so I was apprehensive going in for one more. Turns out this experience was unbelievably the best and was not even expecting what was in store for me. I was totally amazed that immediately after Dr. Chien extracted my broken tooth, he proceeded to do my implant. (I had been dreading another 2 to 3 months for the wait time to do the implant like all the previous ones) The only pain I felt was the needed to numb my gums. I was amazed at how quickly this procedure went. I left the office with no gauze sticking out of my mouth as there was no bleeding. Very little swelling or discomfort for recovery the day of and day after surgery. I can't give enough praise for this gentleman. Thank You Dr. Chien.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Chien's care! Through the whole process of getting implants, he has worked together with my dentist to create the perfect plan and timeline. During the procedure to pull 2 teeth and place the implants, I felt so cared for by him and his staff. He even called that evening to check on me. Excellent all the way!

Dr. Chien, You're the best!!!
From the initial consultation I knew that I would be in good hands between the staff and Dr. Chien they operate in such great order that it alleviated my fear and doubts. I appreciate the communication and information i received the day of my consultation and the day of my surgery. Prior to my surgery date I had video links to review to prepare me for my implant and that was a huge help. Yesterday was my procedure and before the end of the day I received a follow up call from Dr. Chien personally to check up on me and to let me know that everything went well. He is not only kind hearted but he genuinely cares for his patients and it shows. Thank you, Dr. Chien, Andrea, and staff.

Very professional, and patience kind and caring. My son has anxiety and staff was very kind with him able to reschedule to accommodate him. Dr actually took the time to follow up on how my son was doing after his treatment.
