I been with Dr Sandra Gong for a long time. I'm almost 30 years old. They are amazing and wonderful. Everyone that is there is respectful and friendly. I just want to thank them and say I'm sorry about the lost of an amazing dentist I have ever had you will be missed by everyone Dr Sandra Gong.

I've been coming to Dr. Gong my whole life. I am close to 30 years old now and I've always loved coming here . I've always felt welcomed, and I've always been taken care of. I don't have issues with my teeth and they look great.

After needing to reschedule an appointment, I was told they were cancelling my approval request and I could find another dentist when I had to ask to reschedule again. I apologize that a morning appointment went longer than expected the 1st request, and my daughter was beginning to have an emotional outburst the 2nd time. Having adjustment disorder w/conduct disturbances is just that. It isn't like they weren't made aware before our 1st appointments in April.

Esther was very unprofessional in office and over the phone.

The place I'm desperate need of some major cleaning.

Over more than a year I had to go to her on a weekend. She was the only Dr. open. She had a hard time removing a simple broken tooth. I'm a dental assistant and never have I see such a bad procedure. It seemed she need to return to school.

Worst experience I have ever had in a dentist office.! She ground my perfect front tooth down to a nub and then shaped a new front tooth out of bonding material. Looks like a Chicklet! Sandra Gong is a quack!
