Rosedale dental is a great family friendly office. Everyone is super friendly and took the time to really explain things to me and my family. They seem to really care about their patients and you don't feel like a number. They are also conveniently located in Rosedale.

Worst experience with a business in general. I’ll start by saying the dentist and dental assistant were nice and did a good job. The place had good reviews for the most part so I called to see if my insurance was accepted. Alfonso, the manager told me he would check and call me back, but that I might as well make an appointment and fill out the patient forms to speed up the process if my insurance was accepted. I had to call him back the day of the scheduled appointment to confirm and he notified me that it would be $100 new patient charge that I was unaware of And did not Notice while signing the patient forms. I told him that was too high and I would like to cancel my appointment. He then told me it would be a cancellation fee of $300 if I didn’t come to the appointment and pay $100. He also told me that if my insurance wasn’t accepted, it would still be $100 because of the work he had to do calling my insurance. I felt stuck and scammed into The appointment by Alfonso. I reluctantly went to the appointment because they already had my information in the patient forms and I did not want to be sent to collections for $300. When I got there, he took a picture of my drivers license and wanted to take a picture of me as a new patient. I said that’s not necessary because this will be my one and only appointment here and he still snapped a picture of me when I wasn’t looking. Please don’t go here. Shady business practices

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Do not go here. I went in to have my tooth looked at and they pushed a cleaning and full mouth X-rays on me. Then they tell me I need a root canal and proceeded to pressure me into the appointment and made me pay a $50 deposit. I felt so overwhelmed and paid and felt so defeated after. I called and canceled the appointment and never got my money back. Now I constantly have a debt collector calling me telling me that I owe 560 something dollars when I didn’t have any work done. My insurance always pays for the cleaning and X-rays. Plus I didn’t even ask for all that in the first place. They are a fraudulent company and pushy money hungry people.

I have been going to Dr Nicole for over a year now and everytime I ran into an issue they gave me an appointment right away! I love getting my cleanings done here and will forever be grateful for both Dr Nicole and Alfonso for their generous work!

I received amazing services. Very clean and comfortable environment. The television is a great touch. It helps you redirect your train of thought. Dr. Nicole and assistant are very thorough, gentle and skilled. I have recommended Rosedale Dental Studio to family members, friends and colleagues.
