We love our new dentist! We had an exceptional experience at Dr. Dora Gavros’ office! The staff was welcoming and friendly, the office was modern, and the care we received from the dentist and hygienists was professional and attentive. Best dentist office I've been to in quite a while. Everyone is friendly and very skilled. Hygienist Lauren and Dr Victoria Saykally saw me on my last visit and did a great job; desk staff is efficient. I refused the xrays because the very large contraption does not fit comfortably in my mouth - but got a message from Dr Gavros the next day suggesting I come back and they could use another method, less invasive. Great personal attention and care!

This office is a mess and not a pleasant customer/patient experience.

This is right by my house and was excited to give them a try. When I scheduled my appointment I shared my insurance with them and they made no mention that they do not take insurance and there would be an out of pocket charge.

After my routine cleaning appointment I was charged $150, told they don’t accept insurance and there. Old be additional charges. This was a surprise as the 20+ years I have been getting my teeth cleaned I have never paid an out of pocket fee.

I then received a bill from my insurance saying I owe an additional $26 and just called to understand why I owe additional money. I spoke with 2 women who shared very different things. One shared they don’t take my specific insurance and the other shared they don’t take insurance at all and that I actually have a credit on my account and don’t owe anything. I don’t understand these business practices and feel like they are being shady with their charges and explanations of services and payment.

I will take my teeth and business elsewhere

Dr. Gavros is undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever been to. She is an artist, my teeth are gorgeous because of her. I have been to many dentists and had a lot of dental work. She gives the least painful shots of novocaine I have ever had.

I hate going to the dentist, but the staff at Doctor Gavros’ office makes the experience always better. I saw dental hygienist, Pamela today. Love her!! She is always so sweet and hilarious. She gives great advice for dental hygiene and care and does a great job with the teeth cleaning. Thank you!

Simply the best. Dr. Gavros is fantastic and my hygienist, Pamela is phenomenal. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I recommend this practice to all of my friends and family.
One other thing to mention is that the staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the overall energy of the office is so positive. 10 stars!
