My family and I have been going to Pine Center Dental Group for about six years now and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experiences. From the moment I walk in, the staff is always welcoming and professional. My hygienist Reena is always gentle yet thorough, making sure I am comfortable throughout the cleaning process. Dr. O takes the time to explain each step of my treatment, addressing ALL my questions with care and patience.

My favorite office staff are the ones who really keep me coming back! I can’t say enough about Gina and Claudia! They are more like my girl BFF’s for my teeth! Seeing and interacting with them makes me look forward to going to the dentist! Overall, I highly recommend Pine Center Dental Group to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental care experience!

I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up walking out 50 minutes later without having the service. I won’t ever go back to this place. Upon checkin, you need to be prepared that you will be upsold throughout your visit. I was presented with my co-pay amount and then offered a “varnish coating that is recommended. I accepted and paid and then went for x-rays. Afterwards the dentist checked me out and I had no problems. The hygienist comes in and looks for a moment and recommends a deep cleaning on some back teeth. I knew this would happen as it did the last time. She went to the office to “see” what my insurance allowed. After 25 minutes, the office gal came in with a separate $325 cleaning proposal. I said I’d like the basic cleaning today as it’s near the holidays, and I could come back in 3 months for another cleaning and get that done. She said the hygienist would likely refuse if I didn’t accept. This is exactly what happened the last time I was in for a cleaning and I was pressed to accept so I did. This time I said no and will NEVER go back. I did get my co-pay and extra refund and exited.

Dr Luu is THE BEST! She is kind, caring, and just a great dentist all the way around. I am so glad I was introduced to her at Pine Center. She is the best dentist I’ve experienced in all my years of dental work. Keep it up Dr Luu!

I’ve been coming to Pine Center Dental for a few years. They always take great care of me. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The hygienists and dentists are gentle and do a great job.

UNETHICAL and GREEDY!!!
I went there to get my cavities filled. But they handed me over a $1700 estimate of different services I “needed” except fillings. As you guessed it, none of what I “needed” was covered. I was surprised and clarified. And was told I had “No Cavities”. What a rude shock as I could literally see in the mirror I needed fillings except fillings were the only service covered by my insurance and this office is greedy for cash. So this dental office just wanted to make money off of me and completely gaslight me.
Run!!
I went to another dental office who were honest, did a deep cleaning approved by my insurance, took care of my fillings and didn’t bring up any other unnecessary concerns. I literally didn’t have to pay a single penny.
And if this office will reply to my message saying it’s not true, I will promptly attach their estimate invoice to my message. So think twice.

The service is Good but the front office could use some more customer service training on treating patients especially the lady taking care of booking appointments, Should write down appointment date on card and given to patients, I was asked what is the appointment for !?!
Shouldn’ t they know and/ or communicate with the front desk to book for patients instead of asking WHY and WHAT FOR !!!

Worst dentistry in Chino Hills. I’ve been going there for multiple years and it was never the greatest, but it was OK. With the last three years, it’s gotten really bad and today I was forced to go back because of a broken dental denture that they manufactured, and it was defective workmanship of material and quality, and they would not stand behind it because it’s a year old.
And understand I’ve been missing the malfunction of the denture since it was installed and they told me give it six months before I come back and I procrastinated, of course, but now come to find out even that six months they wouldn’t have warranted it.
It’s very apparent it was a malfunction of the denture. It was not wear and tear or abuse related whatsoever.
