First time at Skin & Cancer institute, and my experience was very positive! Receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as Regina's assistant and of course, Regina. I had a questionable chunk on my face, which she thoughtfully checked out and suggested a quick procedure & sent it straight to the lab. S&C also does chemical peels and full body skin checks. They scheduled me within a few days of my inquiry as a new patient- for that I am grateful. Great group of folks!

Fantastic experience. So happy this office is here in the area. Making an appointment online was easy and streamlined. Was able to get all my documents in ahead of the appointment, so checking in and getting in was a breeze. The staff is friendly and it's a nice atmosphere to walk into. Not too long a wait. The doctor was really helpful. I highly recommend this office.

Super rude front desk woman. She was determined to not take my insurance and made me call them to see if the visit was covered. They said it was and let her know and she still didn’t want to take it so I left. It was my second same interaction with this person. Never going back.

The staff is nice enough. I was misquoted by the desk clerk at the Skin and Care Institute for a procedure and now they will not honor the original quote. I recommend getting everything in writing! Very disorganized and half the phone numbers for billing/office don't work.
Will not be returning.

The staff is great and super friendly!! Dr.Symons is the best very thorough i just loved everyone i came into contact with they are all so awesome.. Definitely making another appointment. I’m glad I finally found a dermatologist that I am so happy with.
