The entire team is awesome, they are professionals with a modernized and caring approach. Everyone is prompt, courteous and friendly. Kids are always noticed happy and smiling before than ever. If you miss or change an appointment it would be your loss to get back quickly, we have always found alternative appointments at their Monterey location as well and we've been there a couple times due to a scheduling conflict with kids school and availability. Overall very very pleased and highly recommend this practice for what they provide.

Dr Criswell and staff are superb! Always greet you with a smile and kindness. Hands down, best customer service and orthodontist specialists. They work with you and you feel welcomed whenever you are at one of their sites. I love that they have integrated app monitoring teeth movement and providing feedback ? on a weekly basis ? in between visits which makes the process smoother and better monitoring to get to the goal on time! I have brought my three kids here for all of these reasons.

Started care here around 2018…two phases for my daughter and braces for myself as well. Just finishing up phase 2 for my daughter. We’ve realized how much we are going to miss all these friendly faces we’ve seen over these years. Stellar staff every step of the way. From scheduling to sitting in the chair…phenomenal patient care. Genuine kindness and care during our entire time here. Sometimes teeth do not shift according to the timeline we want, care was always taken to adjust according to our individual needs. Our treatment was never rushed, it was always done exactly right. Thank you MBO for making this such a positive experience for us! You are truly the BEST!

The most welcoming environment and staff I have encountered at a dentist/orthodontic office! Not only did they post a sweet welcome message near the front door for all their new patients, the staff is very friendly and quite funny! We are thrilled to have chosen MBO Orthodontics!

This office is always running behind, had a “permanent retainer” installed that broke after 2 years causing small cuts on my tongue. So I had to come back and fix an issue caused by their product
They still charged me to remove the “permanent retainer”.
I recommend other orthodontics office much better practices.

My son just completed his phase one of braces (expander and all). Everyone in the office was so kind and made my son feel so comfortable.
