Doctor Melissa and staff are absolutely amazing. My son received one of her smile scholarships and we are so thankful for her making that happen. Her and her staff really pay it forward. It’s not often that I complete reviews, however, the experience I have had with Dr. Melissa Jones and her entire staff at Carson City Orthodontics highly warrants ‘Five (5) Stars'.

From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, I felt warmth and professionalism. After my initial consultation I was excited and confident that Dr. Jones and her staff had my best interest at heart and would go out of their way to ensure my confidence in them.

In addition, they have affordable in-house financing available to match any budget.

My 'Invisalign' treatment was to be completed in one year. During the entire treatment year I was always greeted with ‘ear to ear’ smiles, words of welcome and always cared for by Dr. Jones and her competent and well-trained staff.

Now that my treatment is complete, I can absolutely guarantee you that Carson City Orthodontics (Dr. Melissa Jones and staff) are the best of the best!

I started braces (invisaline) as and adult and I believe I had them on for about 18 months with great results.
I don't have any criticism for any of the staff, they were all professional and easy to talk to and work with.

Can I give 100 stars? Dr. Jones and her staff are remarkable. Everyone there is genuinely friendly. The office is nice, bright and clean. She is willing to work with you financially and I do not believe she does this for the profit. She is compassionate, available, and truly concerned that you get a great smile and a healthy bite in the end. I have been blessed to be her patient and would recommend her to everyone in Northern Nevada! Thank you Dr. Jones!

Dr Jones is awesome !! From my son's consultation, all the appointments and now that we are near the end the entire staff has been friendly, honest and amazing. At the consult when Dr Jones said treatment would take 2 years, I didn't believe that they could fix his teeth in just 2 years but she was right, even a little ahead of schedule ! I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Carson City Orthodontics, they are the best. Make your appointment, you won't be disappointed 🙂
