Plume Dental is very thorough with appointments. I appreciate the front desk checking my appointments. I had Delta Dental insurance, but there was a mixup, and I ended up paying 60$ for my first exam. They finally found my insurance and mentioned I had a credit back for my following dental appointments; most places may dismiss this and not prioritize it. With tough times and a recession in the economy, every dollar counts. The reception area has accommodating water and is well kept and clean. I will come back again for sure. The dentistry is very painless and very quick, I got a temporary crown procedure done within an hour and I was on my way.

I have been going to plum dental for a few years now and i can't see myself going anywhere else. The hygienist staff are very understanding of my fear of having my teeth worked on. I recommend plume dental to anyone in the Manteca/Lathrop area.

I was hesitant to see a new dentist because of my previous experience was terrible. But this place was very welcoming and friendly. Very informative and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. First I every really felt good and comfortable visiting the dentist.

It was very clean and smelled fresh. The receptionists was very nice and greeted me . The service with the dental assistant & dentist was absolutely amazing . I needed a last minute tooth pulled and they were very accommodating.Great bedside manner : All in all great service and experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this dentist. My boyfriend and his family go here as well and they complain about easily cracked cavity fillings , bad cleanings, issues with billing, and being overcharged more than opposing dentists. Their new dentist said that the work done was not adequate.

Dr.Dhillon is awesome ? and his whole crew is friendly and caring. The most important is the patience they showed towards my toddler who was refusing his first teeth cleaning. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable.

Excellent staff they speak English/Spanish, personnel was really helpful, welcoming, and respectful. Regarding Doctors they are really good and educated, explain everything, and have reasonable prices, I recommend this clinic to get your teeth taken care of!

We were waiting for 45 minutes before the hygienist see my daughter and finished in 15 mins. They don't value your time here which is disrespectful and unethical. Being caught in the middle of the busy day is not an excuse to inconvenient your px's time while your greedy small company kept on accepting more patient without adding more workforce. Either prioritize your px you scheduled 6 months ahead and reduce the booking or you will lose more px in a long run. I will never recommend you guys.
