First visit yesterday will be the first of many many more for my family. After yesterday I’m convinced that this will be our dentist as long as we have teeth !! The Customer service is excellent. DMD Dr. Katie has a fairy godmother type of bedside manner that makes bringing my oldest (11 and has severe anxiety) actually somewhat enjoyable ! The staff is calm, professional and very knowledgeable. I ended up enrolling my child in their kid care program that is a small monthly fee covers more that my own insurance does ! I HIGHLY recommend this practice for any parent especially parents with kids in the spectrum. Thank you again Dr Katie !! Sincerely, one happy mom.

We LOVE Dr Katie! She’s truly the best! We’ve been going to her for almost 6 years and my daughter loves going to her! She just got 2 teeth extracted and she was so nervous but so happy and pain free. I watched the whole process and let me tell you how amazing Dr Katie and assistant that helped. Smooth and quick hands! Such a pro! Who would think, a kid can enjoy their experience at the dentist! 5 stars for this location! ❤️

We love Kids Care! The dentists are very gentle and so sweet with my girls. The orthodontist was great! I don't feel like we are trying to be sold braces, but she is getting the appropriate care when she needs it. I am quite satisfied with our care.

This place is awesome. I also want to recognize JESSICA from the Davis office. She was filling in at the Vacaville office and she was EXCEPTIONALLY gifted working with my autistic son. She deserves a raise and recognition

The staff is amazing! My kids and I love them, they are very nice and make the kids feel comfortable during their visits.
That being said, their billing is absolutely terrible. I have now been billed twice after our visit, which is fine I know insurance can take a while, but when I call to go over the charges they either do not answer the phone or cannot explain the charges. My kiddos went in for cleanings, which are covered, but their billing department cannot explain where the charges came from. I am happy to pay money that I owe, but please provide an invoice or breakdown so I can understand the charge rather than saying money is owed with no explanation. We canceled our follow-up appointments for this reason.
