Never really liked going to the dentist. But this place changed my mind. They make you feel really comfortable. Everyone is so nice. Manny took my x-rays, and I have never seen clearer x-rays. Lupe is amazing and so fun and really makes you comfortable to talk to. Dr. Mercado was super friendly and helpful. I had to get an extraction, and he talked me through the whole thing. I loved that he followed up. It makes me actually want to come back again.

All of the dental team is professional and friendly. They go out of their way to explain the process or treatment needed. I had a deep cleaning with Lupe. She was welcoming and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable through out the entire process.

Needed to find a new dental provider since my last sold his practice. By chance I googled this location and found it to have 5 stars. This was more than enough to grab my attention so I scheduled an appointment. I came in and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I spoke with the dentist(Dr. Mercado) and hygienist(Lupe) and all took their time in explaining the procedures and reasons. Something I have never really received in the past. They can get very technical but they have a way of explaining so anyone with non-medical terminology are able to understand. Today I received an evaluation and tomorrow will come in for the actuall cleaning. I will update the review once I get the procedures done.

UPDATE: Came in for my appointment and did not wait more than 5 mins to be taken in to get my cleaning (huge plus, since my last dentist would have me wait 20 minutes before bring me in) Lupe did a wonderful job she is very dedicated and takes her time in explaining the procedures and provides preventative care tips. I appreciate her gentle touch as well and even plays the clients favorite type of music in the background (Interpol for me). I usually don't like dentist visits, but my experience with Orange Estates has motivated to take better care of my teeth and look forward for my next appointment to see how much my hygiene care has improved. Definitely recommend Orange Estates to everyone.

Lupe is amazing!!!!!! I was so embarrass for her to work on my teeth cleaning but she made the whole process incredibly comfortable, and easy. She is truly id one of a kind, i look forward to continuing my treatments w her. Shes truly the best!!!

The staff is very friendly and they want to help you. They make sure that you are comfortable at every point in the services they provide. Above all else they take their time to explain every part of what is happening to you before they get started so if you are anxious at all, hopefully, this will ease that a bit. I definitely recommend anyone to come see the Orange Estates Dental staff. Bel is so sweet, and Lupe and Dr. Mercado are very kind and take their time. After they take time to make sure you have any instructions for your oral care at home. I felt very comfortable here.
