Marie, the dental hygienist, is AMAZING! She takes the time to explain the procedures and instruments to make the experience less daunting. She’s also really mindful of any discomfort/sensitivity you might be feeling in your mouth/teeth. Lastly, she’s incredibly sweet and personable! Truly a gem.

Very professional and welcoming environment. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and helpful to really listen to my concerns and address them with thoughtfulness and care. I finally found my new Dentist! If you need anything dental I highly recommend the team here at Downey Modern Dentistry. Roxanna was also very kind and helpful and understanding and worked with me in trying to get my x-rays done. (I have a very active gag reflex) but she was proactive about finding a solution so we could get them done. Thank you so much everyone here!! I will be referring all my friends and family here. Could not be happier with the service! Plus on most days they open at 7am which is a huge plus! Not having to take too much time off work. Very happy and pleased with the work they do here. ☺️☺️

I absolutely love this dentist office. Everyone is extremely nice, professional and friendly. Doctor Pessah is the best. They have blankets when you get cold! The office is very clean, organized and plenty of parking! Totally recommend them for all your needs! Ray & Janet at the front desk are super helpful! Call them today ?

I came here as a new patient on 2/28/24 and had an amazing experience! I’ve always been extremely anxious about going to the dentist due to past experiences, but at Downey Modern Dentistry they really take care of you. I had my teeth deep cleaned by Marie Hernandez and she did such an amazing job!! She made me feel incredibly comfortable during my visit, she was extra gentle. The technology they have for X-rays is very nice. It’s a very clean environment, and all the staff were really friendly. Definitely returning!

I am excited to say I’ve found my new dentist! Last Sunday night I chipped my front tooth. It was bad. I got a recommendation from a friend to Downey Modern Dentistry so I called. Luckily for me they had a same day appointment. The office was very modern and all the equipment was new and immaculate. My dentist had a nice demeanor and took care of me. I could have had the whole procedure done the same day since they have there own lab for crowns. I choose to bleach my teeth to get them to a lighter shade. I have another appointment Thursday to finish up the tooth. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean modern dentist office ask for Dr.Pessah she’s great!

This office is very clean, modern, and staffed by some of the most considerate people I’ve met and they really care about their patients. They are great with kids and adults alike. Doctor Nguyen and Doctor Mow answered questions in a considerate and thoughtful manner, and the hygienist Marie Hernandez is the gentlest person! I didn’t even feel the anesthesia injections; she always warned me before she did anything different; and she was just an an absolute hoot with her stories to distract me from the deep cleaning. The experience was a refreshing breath of fresh air!

I love this dentist office! It is clean and welcoming, plus my dentists are knowledgeable and take care of me. Last July, I got my wisdom teeth extracted. The procedure seems to go smoothly. Almost a year out and my bottom right lip and part of my gum are still tingly/numb and feel different compared to my right side. I’ve gone it a few times to follow up on this issue and have been instructed to give it time. It’s been a year and I’m wondering when this will improve. Anyone else have this experience? What did you do?
