Went in for the first time to get a check up and cleaning as I had to change dentist. I am glad I had found woodland smiles as they took me in the next day and was seen by Dr Bianca. She went above and beyond to provide the best care and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn't be any more happier with the service she and her team provided. I definitely recommend woodland smiles and Dr Bianca. Such a great place, friendly staff and easy to work with any schedule you may have.

Marco made me feel like family! I had some stains on my teeth that I wasn’t sure were gonna come off. Not only did he get the stains off he made my teeth look and feel better then ever without any pain! My cleaning was amazing! They treated me like just another number, did not take the time to get to know my dental routine, and were very clearly trying to get me in and out as soon as they could. I was frequently told that I needed procedures that other dentists said I did not need. One of the hygienists was super rough and did not care when I expressed pain during cleanings. They also did not offer advice for how to keep up my dental routine at home. I got a very expensive on-lay filling done and they were not honest with me about the price or type it was (they said I NEEDED the most expensive form of filling) and my insurance did not cover it. Despite having to pay hundreds of dollars for this they did not leave it correct and I had to keep coming back for pain and revisions to it. 2 stars instead of 1 because they do have pretty good availability for appointments including weekends and one male hygienist on my last visit was very informative and did seem to care about my experience and educated me on gym health. Go to anywhere else in town!

If you like to be scammed out of your money and upsold on every operation they carry out, then this is the place for you!

I have been coming to this office for about 4 years now and it has been a snowball effect of terrible experiences which have gotten worse with every visit.

Initially, everything was smooth. The staff was friendly, the cleanings were great, and the place felt clean. However, the past year and a half have been nothing but a nightmare. Staff turnaround has increased dramatically, dentists aren't credentialled under some insurance providers, and the care for patients is almost nonexistent.

A year and a half ago, I was diagnosed with a cavity. They attempted to upsell me on different fillings which were $500-$600 out of pocket instead of even mentioning a normal filling that was covered under insurance. I, of course, opted for a normal filling. A year and a half later, I now have 2 cavities! The filling which they performed has failed and erosion has occurred underneath the filling. This also affected the tooth next door, causing erosion to occur.

After discovering this, the dentist ADMITTED that they could have drilled deeper to prevent this from occurring. He then told me that this was now an 'inlay' which insurance doesn't really cover and told me to pay $800 out of pocket to fix the issue they failed to prevent/caused.

During that same visit, he also admitted that they were an hour and a half behind on everything. This caused him to rush through my cleaning and cause extreme pain and discomfort. Granted, my gums aren't in the most perfect condition, however, I don't even have gingivitis.

Lastly, with credentials, some dentists at this office may not even be credentialled under your insurance provider. Therefore, your insurance may send you a check which you are supposed to take or mail to the office to have it pay for your visit/operation. This hints to the fast turnaround that this office has.

I was very nervous getting my teeth checked after 6 years of no cleanings, and have been pushing it off. I recently moved to Woodland and drove past Woodland smiles everyday and decided to schedule a cleaning. I have never had a such thorough exam with every little detail and steps on how to improve my oral health explained so well. Dr. Gill was very honest and straightforward with our plans and will be seeing me in 6 months for a follow-up. This office seems very busy, but every person that spoke to me was kind from Alicia to the hygienist that helped me, Luis. Insurance was explained thoroughly as well.

They are great and very helpful. They are open certain Saturdays and you can’t say that a lot about other dentists these days. There hours are very convenient and they aren’t one of those offices that close in the middle of the week and don’t open until nine. Dr Usman Khan is knowledgeable , helpful, professional and explains clearly what you can benefit from and what’s not medically necessary.

And, of course, she couldn't have done it without her amazing team, Richard and Andrew, and of course the Office manager Tony.
