My mother went last week. They had her open a care credit account to finance treatment that is covered with her insurance. Unbeknownst to her, they charged the entire treatment , she never signed any agreement and they didn’t give her any paperwork. I am very mad that someone tried to take advantage of my mother. It’s probably standard practice for these people to take advantage of the elderly. I will contact the office or and try to get this resolved. If it does, I will revise my review. Because misunderstandings happen but if this review is still up they they aren’t a good office where elderly patients
Ta can feel safe. Btw, my mom hast even started her treatment. And now she is scared because she’s getting a bill for close to $4,000z these people should be ashamed.

All around bad service. I called in the beginning of the month (02/03/24) to get my kids in here on the weekend. The lady told me she only had one appointment available this month and that was on the 20th. I went on to ask her to schedule me for next month. She then said I’d have to call in the beginning of the month to see what’s available. I responded with why can’t you book me now? It’s the beginning of the month and you want me to wait for the beginning of the next month so you can possibly tell me the same thing? She got upset. Told me to hold and came back and said she does not do initial on the weekends. At that point I noticed she was giving me the runaround. I told her thank you. I’ll be calling my insurance and changing providers.

Not to mention when I went there for my first and only visit I called and asked if they do ortho and would they be able to assist me with a cleaning with my braces on. They said yes we do it all. Just need to have the doctor see you. When I got there I asked the front desk. She said we will be able to help you. The story changed when I went back there to see the doctor. She said she can’t do anything for me until I take my braces off. Waist of visit. She could have told me that over the phone and over the counter before I went inside.

Unpleasant experiences. I went with them for years to get my dental work done. And now i’m having issues with the majority of the work that they did. I went to another dentist in LA and he explained to me what they did wrong. Materials they used that shouldn’t have been used as well as cuting corners. Root Canals were not done properly. Not only that but the Fillings they did are horrible. They would fall off easily i couldn’t floss my teeth as the floss wouldn’t go through all the way. And the fillings were higher than the tooth itself causing more issues.

Good staff and very respectful. It’s nice to have a Spanish and English speaking staff for the only Spanish speaking clients. I have gotten my deep cleaning here and I would recommend it to anyone. Just a overall good place and it has a relax feeling when you enter the location.

Had a very pleasant experience Everyone was really clean helpful and friendly. Had a few questions and a young lady Myra was able to answer them,The dr was very gentle . The wait time was quick. Definitely comimg back.

Really liked this Dentist, Im glad I made the switch! The Dr. was very caring and nice. The ladies and assistants were very courteous . The place was very clean. Most of all the wait time was short. If you are looking for a new Dentist this is the one you wont regret it.

Very good dentist! The assistants were very helpful and especially one that helped me named Bella, she was very nice and helped me see the dentist right away. Very good place to get braces.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NOT ONLY WERE ALL THEIR STAFF RUDE BUT LAZY TOO.I HAVE INSURANCE AND MY INSURANCE COVERS ALL EXTRACTIONS AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT IF I DIDN'T HAVE $85.00(I'M HOMELESS TOO?)THEY WOULD NOT PULL MY 2 TEETH THAT WERE AND ARE STILL VERY,VERY PAINFUL.IF U ARE LOOKING FOR A DENTIST,GO SOMEPLACE WHERE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND NOT CROOKED.
