Today was my first visit at this place! They made me wait more than half an hour! Than pops the wife of Juan. The agent that fixed me up with Anthem Health Plan! After the x rays! Graciela came up with a big list of procedures that says need to be done! 3 root canals, a deep cleaning and the crown that's falling in pieces! The last procedure is what I really need!

My grandpa went here for implants and they did all the x rays, teeth removals, and planted the metal base. They tried to charge him for the rest of the treatment and said Medicare won’t cover for the implants. They were supposed to go over any out of pocket costs to their patients from the very get-go, before they do ANYTHING. They only brought it up after they’ve completed half way through the treatment!!

When my grandpa tried to confront them about the payment, they told him that they cannot service him anymore due to his “inappropriate and aggressive behaviors”. Good excuse to justify their denial of services.

They charged Medicare for the xrays, teeth removals, and the metal base, but of course they faked some of the charges because Medicare won’t pay for implant related treatments.

Long story short, we reported them to Medicare and Dental Board of CA and my grandpa had to live with the metal base for months!!! Imagine how it felt when he ate/drank anything hot/cold..!

Please don’t fall for anything that sounds too good to be true... and don’t trust a dentist/doctor who only cares about what they can get out of you even if it means committing frauds and deceiving patients.

Older adults who speak limited English tend to depend on providers who can speak in their native language.
Unfortunately, some medical service providers take advantage of that. Based on my grandpa’s experience, this dentist is one of them.

Im so fearful of dentists. Everyone at Atlantic Pacific (front office, dentist, dentist assistant, billing) is professional, nice and respectful, this has helped me maintain regular dental appointments. I go for regular check ups and Ive had implants here. I would recomend this dentist.

All staff and Dentist who seen me were all so nice. They made me feel comfortable. Dentist Mrs. Rahimi provided excellent patient services, and answered all my questions.
