After many years of avoiding the dentist I was hesitant and nervous about what to expect. Fitting dentist appointments into your schedule can feel stressful but the dental office at 801 River Dr in Fort Bragg, CA, is a fantastic location with easy appointment scheduling and free parking. Since Dr. Bruce's recent retirement, the practice is now under the care of Dr. Amelia Hanney (who joined the practice in 2024) and Dr. Brandon LeBeck who joined in 2023. The staff is friendly and professional, and helped schedule my appointment in march around my hectic schedule.

Dr Hanney is the best! I’ve had a toothache that has been needing attention, but my medical anxiety and waiting for insurance paperwork to go through have kept me out of the dentist office until today.
I was in so much pain, and Dr Hanney came in on a Saturday afternoon, while the office was closed, to attend to me! She and her sister (who is a dental hygienist) were so calm, reassuring and professional and they completely put me at ease. It was a struggle for me to keep the equipment in my mouth for X-rays, but they were so patient and gentle with me. All in all, it was the most relaxing and gentle dentist visit I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a ton considering how much pain I was in! I am so grateful that they are here in Fort Bragg and would highly recommend them, especially if you any anxiety around dentistry.

I’ve never been a fan of a dentist or the experience that comes with it. This hands-down not only is the best one I’ve ever ever had. I also think that the practice of the dentist and the medical assistant at this office is above par. Dr.Lebeck is an outstanding dentist with excellent bedside manner and very clear communication with patients. Kylee one assistant as well, always shows the utmost attention and care. The front office is always on top of needs as well. I am happy to find a dentist, I look forward to going and, refer to family and friends. This practice should be the first go to option if you are looking for a good dentist for all ages!

I went in for a basic check up, was having some slight pain in my back teeth, in the upper portion of my mouth, and Dr. LeBeck did an amazing job ! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable , and professional. He also does an outstanding job at explaining everything in terms that the average patient can understand! Highly recommend!
