Always have a good experience here. Samantha is 10/10, has been my dental assistant for almost a year now and is always nice and friendly. As well as the receptionist up front. Never had a bad experience at this office. Highly recommend

Regarding Dental Care
Wow...has this place gone DOWNHILL! Usually when you have a crash in quality of healthcare, management is to blame. I don't know who or what is to blame, but this place is about as fun to visit as the DMV now. It used to be at the end of an appointment, you would get your next one. They quit doing that, telling you to call in and try to schedule because they aren't taking appointments that far out.
So you call, and they wash, rinse, and repeat. So it's been more than a year since I've ve had any dental care. I just went in person and got the same runaround. Also, the turnover is huge. Usually a sign of poor Management. They don't offer any solutions to the problem either, and are fairly abrupt and rude about it. I'm gonna shop for a new dentist office. It's too bad, because a few years ago, these guys were great!

This use to be a good place The receptionist are rude. They are not relaying messages. I called the day before 24 hours in advance like they said to cancel my appointment. No one never answered the phone so I left a voicemail. I get a letter in the mail saying I violate the cancellation policy please let me know how that works. Dont you guys have records that you can guys can go back and check your voicemails or something. I asked that Sara give me a call because they Claimed that she’s their supervisor I ain’t never heard from Sara ‍♂️

Terrible performance. Very disappointing experience. Told to come pick up new patient packet to schedule an appointment when I called. Three days later drove an hour just to be told policy change and to call at the end of the month. It is unfortunate that poor performance is OK for the fact that there are not enough providers. The medical clinic is highly unorganized. There is zero communication with in the clinic. Every time you call in, it is an absolute fiasco. Every visit is complicated by miscommunication through the staff. The staff has clearly not been properly trained. Every other facility I have been to audits the chart before the upcoming visit to make sure all results are in. Well organized facilities return calls. My last message to this facility was on 12/08/2023. I was requesting biopsy results. That call was never returned. I was contacted today by another provider requesting a referral but they were told I had missed an appointment. I have not had any upcoming appointments scheduled since being referred out for testing. The same results I left a message for on 12/08/2023. When I reached out today, like I have to do every time they drop the ball. The receptionist was not focused. She could not remember my name or the reason for my call. She read my chart completely wrong. She then sounded confused when I asked for a supervisor. Keep in mind I normally have to ask for the administer every time I call in for any reason. The communication through the clinic is not good to say the least. I realize I am living in a small town but that is no excuse to not help your neighbors and serve your community in the best way possible. I wish I were just a picky patient with too high of exceptions but I know several other people in the community that are not happy with their services. Please if you have any other option for primary care, use it. I know I will be as soon as my current condition is resolved.

They have always been super nice, professional and helpful to me. Came from Texas, had a doc for 10 years and switched here and happy I did. Highly recommend their mental health doctors too. Will work with you and your insurance. Good work y'all keep it up!

Terrible service. I waited for my appointment for 2 months and it was cancelled, a new one was made in another month. Today I came to my appointment and it turned out that this appointment was also cancelled, although two days ago I received a text confirmation of my appointment. If you have a choice, do not come here.

Brought my son here last Tuesday for his appointment in a good amount of pain. After making him wait 2 hours in the waiting room, they brought him back for X-rays and another hour wait for the dentist only for him to poke at his tooth and do nothing. They handed him a list of phone numbers to call in San Francisco to get a root canal. I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place! Standard of care is nonexistent. Still searching for someone to help him stop his pain.
