Dr. B and his team are awesome. I highly recommend coming here. They are professional, quick and friendly. Our 2 year old had to have oral surgery to pull out two teeth that were kicked in. Everything was handled so quickly and professionally. They made me feel so comfortable and took great care of my son. A++++++++

My son had all 4 wisdom teeth out here. Every aspect of the process was a quality experience. Front desk staff- awesome, nurses (are they called that? Maybe hygienists?)- awesome, doctor- awesome. I recommend this place 100% and am so glad our dentist sent us this way!

I normally don’t post online reviews. But…I will this time because it will help people. I needed some very serious work done. An extraction of upper molar that was attached to a sinus, a sinus lift on the neighbouring space where a tooth has been missing for many many years causing the sinus to drop into that cavity, and a bone graft to prepare for an implant. I was extremely nervous about it all.

I was first referred by my dentist to a different Oral Surgeon, where I had my initial consultation. That surgeon said that it was a difficult case, and the extraction and a sinus lift could not be done in the same procedure because of an almost definite sinus communication that would occur during the extraction. I decided to seek a second opinion, and that’s when my dentist recommended Dr. Balasanian.

From my first consultation I could tell that Dr. B. was really an expert in his field. He confirmed that it was a somewhat difficult case, but said that everything can be done in one procedure, and put be at ease that it’s not the end of the world. I felt comfortable with him immediately.

Though the cost was a bit higher than the quote from the other surgeon, I decided it was well worth it to get the job done right and in one shot. I’m so glad I made that decision!

I scheduled my surgery at the San Clemente office, which was great. The staff was friendly and on top of things. Dr. B met with me a few minutes before the surgery, explained everything, and an hour later I was done. No pain during the procedure, everything was done perfectly, the recovery was smooth and without complications. Since the surgery I had two post-op visits to confirm that everything looks good, and it does! I recommend Dr. B 1000%.

Dr. Balasanian is simply the best oral surgeon in orange county! Dr. B has been treating me for nearly 2 years and has successfully performed wisdom teeth removals and jaw surgery to correct my bite. I appreciate him answering all of my many questions, and most importantly, appreciate his experience and skill in performing flawless operations with quick recoveries. On top of that he has an awesome team who are quick, responsive, and empathetic.

I had never experienced a dental implant. At 75 years old I wasn't looking forward to it at all. It turned out a much better experience than I expected. The staff was very caring and professional by explaining everything in detail. I did not have any pain during the procedure of pulling a tooth and preparing the space for two implants. It was a very low-key experience.

Had my daughter’s 4 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr, Caputo and the experience went perfectly. Appnt was at 8:45am and she was out in 45 min. My daughter did well, she only needed to take the Ibuprofen and not the more potent pain med. The nurse was so nice and answered all my questions. The receptionists also were very pleasant. Can’t brag about the whole staff enough. I myself also had my wisdom tooth surgery there a couple years ago and had the best experience.

We can’t say enough great things about this office! Dr Balasanian did such an amazing job making sure our girls felt calm before their procedure and comfortable with their pain management after! Their front office staff Sara and Lexi and all of the back office staff who helped us were all so kind and knowledgeable with how to have the best recovery! Thank you all so much! HIGHLY recommend!
