Unfortunately my daughter with 2 year old twins had to wait 1 hour in the waiting room for her appointments. She was on time , however the dentist was overbooked. The staff was most kind, and one might be satisfied if one can get into see the dentist. By the time of appointment the twins would not open their mouths. So frustrating, and complete waste of time, and no much needed fluoride treatment!

So far so good. Just had a consultation and everything went smooth, fast and professional. I instantly saw how well Dr. Deepak treated his staff and I respect that. He was straight to the point of what needed to be done with no excuses for any “extra work”.

Excellent customer service and Dr. Sacdev is very professional, friendly and patients are very comfortable with him. He works very well with all age groups but with kids he goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and take the fear of sitting in the dentist chair out of them. My family and I come from east bay just because we are so comfortable with Dr. Sacdev and his friendly staff.

Simply put, I am satisfied with the cooperation we have achieved. Your procedure, that you warn us patients via Google calendar about the date of the next appointment, frees us from the worry that we might forget to come to the scheduled intervention. Dr. Sachdev is fantastic. It's hard to find a good dentist who takes medi-cal, so I'm very happy to have found him. His staff is extremely friendly and the office is very clean. He did my root canal in 20 minutes and I didn't feel ANY pain!
