I've been going here for many years. I haven't experienced and / or witnessed any of the problems others have posted here, and I go there a lot. (Dr. visits, dental & Lab)
Not only is it the best I've been too, but they care about their patients.
This is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing health care to those who can't afford the insane cost associated with health care.
I love this place & the staff. ?

I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. I have to say, the doctors we’ve had here are by far, THE BEST! Except for one doctor. The staff downstairs WERE amazing! Until they changed them out to completely new ones who are the worst. They’re nice, but can’t seem to communicate important information or get back to you when you put your number down for a callback. For example, I had important paperwork that my daughter’s school had been on me about getting back to them. I dropped them off last Thursday. I completely understood why her doc couldn’t sign until Friday due to his availability. I was expecting to be told by Monday they were ready. But nope!!! They were definitely ready by that Friday. But the girls never called to let me know. Instead, I had to call, someone at Nestor answered and even they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at IB. But I was assured by her that there was a message stating the paperwork was ready. The Nestor gals had to be the ones to help me out for IB, per usual. Please bring back the previous staff!!!

I absolutely appreciate Dr.Pasqua. I'm new to the area. I have a disabling condition and he is so wonderful with the multicomplexity situation I have. I feel genuine compassion and empathy from him. His energy is that of a healer. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and helpful.
I am a retired healthcare worker. I would give 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend Dr.Pasqua's exceptional care and his incredible team. I feel privileged to have found him. I don't say things like this about every physician.

Although the care providers are great getting an appointment is nearly impossible! I called on Friday and left a call back number, never got a call back! I have now been on hold for 4 hours trying to speak to anyone regarding rescheduling an appointment! I am usually happy to wait as I’m sure it is busy but this is absurd!

Great team from check in all the way to the dental staff! Gave me great relief to visit the dentist and have staff that cares about your wellbeing. growing up they changed my perspective and I’m looking forward to returning for more visits.

Terrible, I attempted to make an appointment for an entire week no luck. I leave my call back number as requested but they wont call back.
After a week I decided to stay on the phone, it took 1:30 min to get a receptionist on the phone. I don't under how they are still in business. I will be changing primary care provider after my appointment.

my nurse practitioner Alysa Thygerson and her assistant have brought me back from a very unhealthy place . I was a train wreck almost 400 lbs , borderline diabetic. And in a year and a half I'm down close to 100 lbs . They have changed my life in great ways by her directions .

I’ve only been to the dentist here but the staff has always been friendly. I really like Dr.Damasco and can’t recommend her enough! She is very friendly and has always managed to ease my anxiety. The doctors and staff do great work.
