I am so thankful for Foundations Dental Group. Today was my 1st visit with them and it was an absolute pleasure and refreshing. My Hygienist, Holley, was amazing. She explained everything step by step and in a way I understood. She was very thorough and super sweet! She made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Jordan Rains was a delight as well! She was very gentle and kind. She also explained everything step by step. They really do show how dedicated they are to their patients and how important our dental care is to them. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. My overall experience from check-in to checkout was great!!

Was traveling from out of town and had a broken tooth that was causing me quite the pain. They got me seen by a doc within the next few hours and then from there the decision was made to pull the tooth. ( which I couldn’t of been happier to have out) My teeth have been tricky in the past due to genetics giving me deep roots and the fact that I have a hard time staying numb. But Dr. Stella was phenomenal at making me feel comfortable, safe, and worry free. She even called me later to check to see if everything was still going okay. Although I missed the call you can tell by the voicemail she truly cared and was genuine. That being said highly recommend this dentistry and Dr. Stella. On top of everything it was actually quite affordable out of pocket. The interior was quite clean and the building itself is beautiful architecturally. ( also they have a comfort menu while I was too much in pain to really take advantage of it. I thought that was an awesome service they provide to the patients and just shows how above and beyond this place takes patients care too.)

I hate the dentist but I don't mind mine. They are friendly and gentle and make the process the least stressful experience as they can. They also recently moved office locations and the new one is convenient and has much better views. Faces sw on ross Clark cir and you can have a cup of coffee while you wait.

My visit as always, was very nice and relaxing. Kelli has always been very professional, sweet, kind and accommaditing.
Today was a complete different experience but very professional. The ladies, Rain, Marley, Hope was extremely, kind .and accommodating.
Now Doc was extremely nice, friendly and very informative.
All in all, today was a very good afternoon.
Again thank everyone and I look forward to my next appointments.

The staff at Foundations Dental were very friendly and helpful. Holli did a great job explaining everything she did. The best cleaning I’ve had in a while. Dr. Rains was very nice and thorough. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Thank you for a great first visit!

Would give 100 stars if I could. They have consistently done what they had to do to see all three of my kids either at the same time or back to back to back. Which if you are a parent you know how amazing that is! From ladies who call, to the dental hygienists , to the actual dentists they are always patient, helpful, and kind. I will never take my kids anywhere else. The main dentist even held my baby for me to give ME a break at her office! 10/10 recommendation.

I had a crown to come off and they were able to get me in within 3 days. The staff is always friendly and helpful. X-rays were taken and the tooth was fine. Dr. Mahone was able to glue/cement the crown back on. It was a thorough and pleasant visit. I was finished in 35 minutes and on my way! Many thanks for great dental care!

Tracy is the best dental hygienist I've ever had in my life! She was very thorough in the cleaning and annual exam. My side X-rays are usually difficult, but the way she took 4 images was very quick, efficient, and totally painless! Her demeanor is 100% professional and kind. I told her she is amazing ? and will keep her as my hygienist as long as possible. This entire clinic is very high tech and they can even show you your X-rays on the TV screen in front of you where during the entire visit beautiful scenery from tropical places is shown to help patients stay calm. I also found out that crowns are made on location at the clinic so those can be accomplished in one 3-hour appointment (instead of 3 separate visits at other dentist offices) which is fantastic due to my busy work schedule. I'm very positively surprised that such a high tech dental office exists in a small town like Dothan and the customer service is always impeccable from all staff members from reception to doctors. Thank you!!!
