Let me start off by saying they have been so freaking unprofessional. I thought Aspen dental was unprofessional. No, I think they beat them in this competition. I don’t understand how you can set up an appointment all the way from September then call you and confirm you all the way through coming down to the main day they wanna turn around. Text me not call. Text me like a little kid Talking about. Whoops we have to cancel your appointment due to whatever reason mind you keep in mind. This is the same reason why I freaking asked before I set up the appointment. Are you sure because some people have to use pto For these things and when you have someone sitting in my face saying yeah yeah yeah yeah I’m sure I’m sure I guarantee fast-forward coming into March. You have the audacity to make me confirm my appointment and then turn around. To your convenience because management is running off their workers now I as the customer have to pay for the ricochet of this effect………. And then you’re gonna have the audacity to text me. Tell me that I missed my 4 o’clock appointment and then turn around and blow my phone While I’m at work, knowing that I just told y’all a day before that I have a no phone policy!!!!! And then when I turn around to call them back, they want to have the audacity to try to shoot me a text message and when I call down there and speak to A manager I get told she’s not Available OK when are they ever available because I have never seen one yet and I have been requesting for one?!!!
this is why that establishment is falling apart the way how it is!!management does not know how to manage and needs an investigation on this building. If management cannot handle the pressure management needs to be replaced and upgraded so these incidents don’t happen…. Management has really let their team sink and you can tell because they are half ass trained

After my kids got done with their cleaning on December 4th, 2:45, they told me that their dentist were getting political and talking very bad about one the candidates very audibly and although they did not seem to mind, I feel like they should not be talking about that near the kids. I feel like they were unprofessional about this and need to keep politics out of work, or at least not talk about it while there are very impressionable kids near them.

This is the only dentist close by that will take my insurance. I’ve been in there twice and had to wait over an hour both times. I attempted to call four times now to schedule an appointment and they never answer the phone. Highly do not recommend and I usually never write reviews like this. It’s frustrating but I guess I’ll drive the extra distance to find a better dentist that cares about their patients 🤷‍♂️

I was nervous switching dentist offices for my kids, especially after reading some of the reviews from this place. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and caring the staff were today. The dentist actually listened to my concerns, which is refreshing as a parent. I also got to accompany my children back for their procedures. My kids have only been here twice, but have had only good things to say after each visit. I recommend giving this office a shot if you are looking, but I suggest morning appointments if you want to beat the afternoon rush.

My daughter's first appointment was yesterday and we are so glad that we chose to go here. The dentist was so nice and took the time to explain what was needed to be done to my daughter's tooth, to me and her. And it turns out the dentist we was going to before going here, was trying to rip us off by saying we needed a bunch of work done that we didn't !!! The staff up front was very friendly and the dental assistants were very nice to my daughter as well. My daughter is 15, and it was nice they didn't sit her with the little kids. But took her to a room and talked to her about what was going on and made her feel relaxed. This is definitely our new dentist office 😁

Super irresponsible staff. I had an appointment for my son when we arrived the office was closed after waiting around we decided to knock and was greeted by the receptionist who stated they were only open Mondays and Tuesdays even though the hours on google say otherwise and when I told them we had an appointment the receptionist stated she did not know what to tell us that they are only open Mondays and Tuesdays, the funny thing is that she was the one that scheduled our appointment! Such a waste of time.

Do not EVER pay in full. We did and they stopped having an orthodontist. We have been trying since April to get our prorated money back. I’m now having to seek legal action.

Update: after trying for a year, I finally got my money back this past spring. I have never had such a difficult time with a business. I will never go back to a smile4u.

ONLY PLACE THAT I COULD FIND THAT TAKES MY KIDS INS. CALLED LET THEM KNOW ILL BE FIVE MINS LATE, AND STILL WOULD NOT SEE US!
APPT @8:45 GOT HERE @9AM DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM SUMMERVILLE GA TOOK MY BOYS TO SCHOOL HEADED STRAIGHT TO DALTON AND TURNED US AWAY! IN MY BOOK THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND IM LIVID!!!
