Over the 2 years i've been a patient here I've had countless interactions both over the phone&in person with a woman that works at the front desk&literally EVERY.SINGLE.TIME she's been beyond rude,has the worst attitude, she becomes combative when someone's needed help To the point that it seems she's purposefully going out of her way to be as UNHELPFUL as possible, she rolls her eyes&gives patients dirty looks, she's insulted me&other patients numerous times, she treats the patients like they're stupid,she talks down to people, she raises her voice to any patient that tries to say something about her behavior, insults them,& embarrasses them.,Like I said it's been 2 years that I've been going here&I've witnessed her do these same things not only to me but to every other patient she comes into contact with as well. It's honestly unbelievable that she is still working there after all of the complaints I've seen other patients make about her as well. I've tried to get her name multiple times but she has refused to give it to me or anyone else that has asked. It's so unfortunate because all of the other staff I've come into contact with there have been absolutely amazing but her behavior is so bad that it completely overshadows all of the good.

All around bad experience. Nurse was fine, but dentist never acknowledged me. Like i was a practice dummy rather than a human being. He began drilling in my mouth without properly numbing the tooth and I had to stop him to redo the numbing. And, just barely when I spoke over the phone with a representative, she was rather rude and indifferent and when conversation was over hung up without any form of polite goodbye. The whole vibe of this business is uninviting. Like I'm getting dental work done in Soviet Russia rather than the US.

They do it all,, Dr. Michael machete is a hands-on dentist. He is excellent with bridges andplacements. His office has plenty of parking and it is an older building with new technology inside. They have a machine looks like a helmet. It does not miss anything again I've beenIgoing to the dfentis for 50 years and I’ve never seen a more modern x ray machine.

Didn't wait long at all....very fast service, my appt was at 10am got there 9:35am was taken in by 9:50am!
Best dentist office so far and been to a few dentist offices
in 7 years that i been here in AZ .....omg dentist was awesome (he knew i was terrified) i didn't feel any shots or him pulling my tooth.....great great dentist and employees make you feel very comfortable!!!

I had a bad infected wisdom tooth and my fiancé referred me to Able Dentistry. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I saw Dr. Mike who gave me plenty of anesthetic (I have BAD dental anxiety) and extracted my bad tooth in 30 seconds! I was shocked at how low the price was. Amazing office with amazing staff! I’m a MD Internist who had a large office in West Phoenix so I’m aware of how an office should run - Able does things the RIGHT way. Parking can be tight but nevertheless I highly recommend Able Dentistry!
