Personally I had a good experience today. I appreciated the person who took my x-rays, she was a joy and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the dentist for sitting down and asking me what I need as soon as she entered the room and I loved that she showed me my x-rays and explained things to me 🙂 going to the dentist has become so stressful to the point that I avoid it, it’s expensive and can be very overwhelming so great customer service is so important ♥️ I think they did well today and I pray that every appointment will go well.

The 1 star is only because the staff was nice even after I got mad at them. Otherwise this place needs to be shut down for the way they are being run. The call centre situation is ridiculous where they hire under qualified centers from developing countries to book appointments and deal with customers over the phone, just to cut their friggin costs, which the customer ends up paying for with their own money and time.

I have had 3 appointments at this clinic & there has been an issue every god damn time-
1st time I was informed 1/2 hour before my appointment that it was cancelled due to over scheduling. I live in a remote area 1.5 hours away and had taken a day off from work to come here...

2nd time, they took me in for dental work and cleaning. Did neither, but took my X-rays and the dentist looked at my teeth and sent me home...

3rd appointment, I was booked for fillings and cleaning. When I arrived, I was told that they won't be able to do my fillings. I lost it at that point and went Karen mode at the front desk. The dentist and the hygienist overheard and thank god she took me in. But I was told that they didn't have any of my X-rays from last time and need to retake them. They took them again and I will probably have to pay out of pocket.

All in all, between them messing up my first 2 appointments causing me to loose over $300 in flex dollars that I was going to use towards the fillings, the $180 I paid out of flex dollars for the 1st set of X-rays, and the new set of X-rays done, I will loose over $600. Not to mention the time I took off from work and the gas it took to get here. Ruined my frigging day/s

The ladies at the front desk are a pleasure to work with. They help make the experience less stressful and help bring a smile to your face. Going to the dentist isn’t always a great experience but with the right people helping you, it makes it easier. The Dr is a great person and a great dentist, a true professional. I had a great experience dealing with this team. Thank you

It's always so nice coming to this location. The ladies working there are very attentive and helpful. They all make you feel comfortable, Drs and staff. Glad i found this place.

The office is great, they do great work and I honestly couldn’t say anything bad about the facility. The front desk is nice and very helpful. I really enjoy her assistant as she brings a sense of a long time friend vibes, funny, making jokes, and just upbeat about it all, even under stressful conditions. They helped me with child care and forever grateful for that. Root canal was the procedure done.

Franches, the dentist who cleaned my teeth, was incredible. She assured me that the teeth cleaning process would be easy and relaxing. I enjoyed chatting with her about my academic endeavors while she was preparing to clean my teeth. She was approachable, listened to my concerns, and answering any pressing questions I had regarding my dental health and such. I would get my teeth cleaning here again.

I called central scheduling to get an appointment for a cleaning later on the same day my husband had one booked. The person scheduled me but didn’t book it as a cleaning, and no email/text reminders or staff mentioned that so I didn’t find out until the appointment wasted my time. Also, Absolute Dental has messed up continuity of care multiple times (booking appointments on dates the office was closed for renovations, or when a provider was absent because he had retired), so this is far from the first time they have dropped the ball.

My experience was great. I get there check in, 5 minutes later they are taking me inside. The procedure was good, my dentist did not hesitate to numb me more. The needles look scary and the noise of the instruments freak me on out, but I know that they are patient with me and give me the time to calm down before they start again.
