Dr. Kimball was my primary Dentist as a child and young adult. After reaching adulthood and becoming uninsured I stopped seeking dental care. Upon returning to his office he was honest, kind, helpful and improved my smile despite me not taking care of it for 15 years. The office and billing staff are excellent and always willing to work with me, the hygienists and assistants are dedicated to great work but not at the expense of someone's comfort, and the Dentist himself is a seasoned professional who knows how to speak to his patients, staff, and runs an excellent practice. I would recommend this Dental Office.

Ever since he lost Lori and Fired Kelly This place has become a zoo. !!! Very Unprofessional and always overbooking. I have had to wait the last several times I've gone in more than 30 minutes.. to even be taken back . Then this very last time I showed up they said sorry we don't have time to see you today your not on the books. When I had the text to prove I was and the call log from calling in to make the appointment. Very Sad I believe me, and my husband will be taking are business elsewhere.... ! Anyone know where Kelly went? She was amazing.

This used to be my favorite dentist office to go to, but at this point, I'm seriously considering moving somewhere else. Ever since Kelly, Laura, and Amanda left, this office went DRASTICALLY downhill with their patient care. Until recently, I've never had to wait 15 mins. After my set appointment, just to have someone else pulled back before me. The staff is about double, if not more, than what they had when I first started coming here, and they can't seem to keep up with their schedules and workloads. Now, here I am with again, after an appointment time, because a specific person isn't in the office yet for a set appointment for my mom who is in extreme pain after having work done yesterday. This office's work ethic is becoming unacceptable. Things need to get better, or I WILL switch to someone who cares about their office and patients.

Dr. Kimball is great! He is very gentle and thorough. I have a real phobia for needles in my mouth, but Dr. Kimball makes the process as pain and anxiety free as possible. I really appreciate how well he explains a variety of options for my dental care and employees do their best to explain fees up front. The dental hygienists and office staff are always friendly and helpful. All in all, if one must go to the dentist, Dr. Kimball at Absolute Smiles Dentistry is a fantastic choice.

First visit to this dentist. They sent me a bill after the initial exam asking for more money that was agreed to by them and my insurance company of what I was supposed to pay. Anyway.... This quack doctor (Kimball) then wanted me to have root scaling done at $1200 in which $400 was my share for 1 tooth. I said "no thanks." I went back to my old dentist the next week. The hygienist along with the dentist looked at my x-rays together--and just as I thought, did not agree with Dr. Kimball. So, I have wasted my annual free exam on them and had to pay my old dentist for the same exam in order to get the regular cleaning that I needed. Be aware of Absolute Smiles Dentistry and get quotes before starting any exam or procedures. It was obvious to me that this dentistry wanted to get a feel of what I was willing to pay for, such as unnecessary dental work.

I have a severe phobia for dentists and this office is the best I’ve ever been to. They are kind, patient and accommodating to my fear. The prices are fare and I’ve never been overcharged. I recommend Dr. Kimball and his entire staff to anyone who is serious about getting their smile back!

I was really lucky to find Absolute Smiles after my former dentist stopped taking my insurance. (Cigna) Dr. Kimball and the rest of the staff (Kelly, Mariah, Vanessa?) are very friendly and make you feel at ease. They thoroughly answer any question you have and do a great job. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

They are by far the best dental service I have ever been to. Period! The entire staff are extremely helpful and caring. They went out of their way to make sure my dentures were perfect. A special lady, Kelly was just fantastic . They are a Christian group and I could feel the Love of Christ from the moment wewalked in.
