Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but it looks like they were a long time ago so surely the practice has changed at some point. I've had some bad or bizarre experiences at other dentists, but I'm so happy to have found this dentist. They're so friendly, professional, helpful, and honest. Highly recommend!!

From the time I called to schedule my first visit, to the completion of my extensive procedure, I received care and service that far exceeded my expectations. My wife and I visited Dr. Loftus's dental practice today for a routine exam and cleaning and are very pleased with the whole experience. We found the staff very professional and eager to suit our needs. In all my years of going to the dentist, this is the first time I have ever had such a thorough explanation of the condition of my teeth. Dr. Loftus and her team are some of the most kind, professional, efficient, and just overall lovely people. I came in with a cracked tooth and got set up super quickly with appointments that worked with my schedule. Before, during, and after the procedure there was always tons of clear communication, which was soooo nice. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Let me say "I hated the dentist", lol. I cracked a tooth and found Dr. Loftus during my panic and this was the BEST choice ever! She is AWESOME and made my whole experience virtually painless. Her staff are also very kind and that's hard to find in todays world.

I have been going here for the past two years. I pay out of pocket for my insurance, so not much is included aside from my two cleanings a year. I also have excellent dental health and brush with my Quip twice a day, so I know my teeth are in good health. Many dentists are notorious for upcharging and diagnosing for problems that do not exist. I have never experienced this here or been billed unfairly. I think this is important when choosing a medical professional since upcoding is a common practice. In addition, I have never waited long for my appointments. Anyways, I recommend this place at least for basic cleaning services.
