I can't thank Adobe Animal Hospital enough for the excellent care they provided for my cat, Woolly! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Woolly was a bit nervous, but the team handled him with such gentle care and patience that he quickly settled down.

The veterinarians and staff are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with the care he received.

Excellent staff who were professional and courteous. Came in with a new puppy for vaccines. The person who first took us in (the vet technician) went above and beyond in service! Vet was informative and professional. Only the cost of the pharmacy items is my only concern. But hey, it is the Bay Area!

Haven't had any issues so far.

Visits: They have been great but our visits are only once a year. We did however come for emergency for a hernia before covid days for our puppy at that time. They were great and referred to us to a great surgeon.

Waiting: Did not have to wait a long time. They answered all my questions and were pretty patient w/all my questions and informative.

They have a lot of different vet doctors so I think it all depends on who you get?

This place is great! My dog always gets the best care here and everyone is very welcoming. The vet is very thorough in explaining things. Also, I was given multiple solutions which is greatly appreciated. Although my dog was not happy to be there, we knew we were in good care.

Dr. Ellis was extremely gentle and yet efficient treating my senior dog who struggles at the vets. We went there with a weak sick dog and today a day later she is much better. I really appreciated the co considerate care we were given .

We brought our dog into Urgent Care on Sunday because she woke up and would not put weight on her back leg. We called ahead to make sure of the process so when we got there and told the receptionist our pets name, she said they were expecting us and confirmed what issue brought us in — that was a nice touch. On the phone we were told there were no appointments but we could come. We only had to wait 10 mins max to be taken to a room and then maybe another 10 for the vet to come in. We felt comfortable with the exam and treatment plan — not too aggressive; not too ‘wait and see’. The vet had a great bedside manner and was very good with our dog.

The people part of the experience was excellent ... techs who greeted us before surgery and afterwards were super caring with my dog and answered any questions I had. Likewise the Doc called after the surgery. Felt very comfortable with the knowledge of all staff. Reason not 5 stars is the high cost.
