Absolutely LOVE Advanced Dental Center. I have sadly, over the years, had many bad dentists/dental experiences so I have been SO Thankful to have found David Edwards and the staff at Advanced Dental. They are kind and compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and have all of the latest advanced equipment. I never feel pressured to do work I can't afford, I am treated with respect, their office is efficient and well run. I would highly recommend them.

Probably one of the best dental places in Prescott, Arizona. Everyone is Professional friendly and get the job done correctly. I previously gave this office 5 stars. After being a patient there for 2 years, I now realize Dr. Edwards utilizes his staff to do more than in my opinion after 30 years in dental is above and sometimes what I believe is beyond their scope of tasks possibly more than what they should be qualified to perform. I like his staff but Dr. Edwards personally as well as on a professional level absolutely not! We all want to make a living but never should the patients concerns be overlooked or sacrificed let alone be ignored.Staff should be qualified but not exceed their scope of allowances within their level of education and training. It’s my opinion if a patient spends $1,800. on a new crown with very minimal preparation by the doctor the patient deserves to have the doctor deliver the crown not his assistant. In my opinion this doctor no longer values the patient themselves just the money. Bottom line there is an abundance of patient flow so supply and demand wins over quality of care.
I had a crown prepared and after 6 weeks which should have been three weeks (I was told) found out the crown itself was sitting on the shelf in a lab in Florida waiting for a response from the doctor. I would still be in a temporary had I not called the office to inquire). Very unprofessional as well as inconvenient.

Great dental office! Team is very friendly and helpful. My mom broke her upper denture and Dr. Edwards did a great job repairing it same day. Highly recommend. Great dental team.
