I want to share my experience at the dentist's office. First of all, Jasmine at the front desk was amazing. She was professional and made the registration process quick and easy. I went to the dentist because I was experiencing extreme tooth pain. The dentist, Dr. Dhaval Shah, took several X-rays because he wanted better pictures. Keep in mind that just opening and closing my mouth hurts and then when he examined my tooth, Instead of providing relief, he ended up causing me more pain by squeezing the gum around my tooth. He diagnosed it as an infection and said he couldn't pull it because he would not be able to numb it and prescribed antibiotics, but did not address my severe pain. When I asked for 800mg ibuprofen, he refused and showed no sympathy for my situation. I left the office feeling even worse than when I arrived. I am unable to work or sleep due to the pain and pressure from the infection. I hope the antibiotics will provide some relief soon. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone in need of emergency dental care or looking for a compassionate dentist.

It is a beautiful, friendly and clean place to take your kids. The staff are so caring it made me feel like home. Thank you for everything, my grand kids liked it a lot.

My daughter really enjoyed the upbeat and friendly staff at Advantage dental, I personally don’t know how the staff has so much energy in the morning but I appreciate their efforts to be engaging so that my little one wasn’t scared. the facility was clean and inviting, check in was smooth and we were seen right away.

They are excellent very great customer service, friendly staff fast easy application. Very fast and accurate service see to your child dental needs easy appointments very upward with updates on appointments and times. GREAT PLACE OVERALL

I made an appointment and they called me the day before to cancel it and said they could see him in May the little girl on the phone was extremely rude and did not want to accommodate or even try to reschedule when I was desperately trying to get my kid in for a dental issue. She was completely uninterested and useless. When you have a business it helps to have employees who care and at least act like they want to help considering this clinic is supposed to work with children a little bit of personality and warmth goes a long way for a child. This is the second time this has happened and I will never ever be back and I encourage everyone to steer clear of this place.

Friendly and the staff walked me through the procedure that was performed. Great place to get any dental work done.

Friendly, professional, and really great with my 6 year old. The woman at the front desk was amazing with great energy !
