My daughter was traumatized by another dental office. We first went to Adventure Dental in Santa Clarita to see if she would be able to handle going to the dentist again. Since day 1, they have been amazing. She actually looks forward to it. It’s been difficult for me, as a working mom, to make it to her appointments, but they have always answered my calls and explained the status of the visit and all follow up concerns. We are now at the Palmdale location, and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

My son's 1st visit was awesome experience! Beginning with the small details, they had a welcome board with the names of their new patients for that day!! There is a nice large waiting room with tablets for kids to play. The dental assistant was very friendly with my son, talking to him every step & letting him help with the suction which he liked to do. They offered a stuffed animal for him to hold during the cleaning. Dr. Pepper was excellent with him as well & explained things thoroughly! The office was very clean. So glad there is an office catered for kids!! 5 + 🌟

Our second time here. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Pepper is great with kids and very thorough. Dental assistant Toni is the best! She just has it when it comes to working with kids. My son loves her and can’t wait to go back to adventure dental to see Toni.

Our kids are on the clock every 6 months. I love seeing how comfortable they are with all the staff. They are truly so patient and caring. Dr Pepper is incredibly talented, knows her stuff, always making sure all precautionary steps are taken to care for our kids.

My son had dental work done around December 2024; I noticed that his filling in his lower molar has a pin hole and took I him back so they could fix the issue. The owner Dr. Pepper said she will not charge me for the visit and that they will take care of this defect on his next appointment. When I left my wife said that the doctor wanted to talk to me, so I went back inside the office and she accused me of recording her staff, which is not true, and she was not even there when I talked to the front desk receptionist. The owner Dr. Pepper made me feel so uncomfortable in front of other patients by the way she presented herself and the way she talked to me (loud and aggressive) she also demanded to see my personal phone. I never felt so insulted, uncomfortable, embarrassed and intimidated by the owner of Adventure dental located in Palmdale CA. I did not know what to do, she told me I had to pay, if not that she would refuse future services for me and my family, I am very sick worried and disappointed at the owner for this type of treatment. I am scared for my son since he has a pin hole in his new filling and his tooth can decay because food is accumulated inside and I let the doctor know.

I highly recommend this dental office for your children. I love that they send everything to you prior to your appointment to fill out at home. The day of your appt you just check in and you’re all set. Makes it a lot easier so I don’t have to fill out paperwork in office while my toddler is running around. Front office staff was very nice and welcoming when checking in. Tonisha did an amazing job cleaning my cranky 2 year old daughters teeth and Dr.Pepper was so friendly and patient with my cranky crying daughter also! You won’t be disappointed bringing your children here for their dental appointments! Thank you adventure dental!
