They lost my file a couple of months ago, at that time they were also very rude to me. We straightened things out, they found me after going there for so many years! My son, my daughter, and my boyfriend all have gone to the same place, for years!
Three months later, I went there for my semi annual cleaning and check up, once again, my file is lost. I don’t exist in their system!
Not going back there again! I should not have to fill the new paperwork every time I walk in there because they cannot keep track of their customers in their system !!

Will see if there are HIPAA violations here as well, who is getting into their system and messing with customer files?

Wonderful!!! They are always so nice and quick to get me in. I had an accident and needed crowns - they got me in the same day for my temporaries and took care of everything as quickly as possible.. all during the holiday season! Every time I walk in or call, they already know who I am and ask me about my upcoming wedding. They never make me feel like "just another patient" and I am so thankful for that!! I high, highly recommend Aeris Dental!

Awesome dentist. When I started going, I hadn't been to a dentist in nearly 20 years. They were never judgemental. Now recently, when a tooth issue occurred, Dr. Mortenson came in on a Saturday morning to do a preliminary examination and scheduled me right after the holidays to get it fixed. Staff is always friendly and professional. Janice my hygienist is awesome

I have lived in Tucson over 30 years and been to numerous dental offices. Never really satisfied until I started going to Aeris Family Dental in Marana. Dr. Mortenson and Staff are wonderful! I always get a reminder when I need to make an appointment for a check-up and cleaning. The hygienist is friendly and gentle cleaning my teeth. Dr. Mortenson gives options when dental work is needed and lets me choose. Never tried to persuade me to get unnecessary dental work like some previous dentist I have been to. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned with getting the dental work I needed done. Thank you!!

Aeris family dental, these guys are awesome!! I was looking for a dentist for reasons that don’t have anything to do with this review. I walked in and asked when I could get my teeth cleaned, fully expecting as a new patient it would be several weeks or a month out. The response they gave me was, can you be back in a couple hours? A couple hours!!!! Absolutely I can be back in a couple hours! That’s been several years ago and I still do not have one negative thing to say about anyone I’ve had interactions with there. I feel “at home” there. It’s not like you’re in a cave, everything is quiet, you can’t hear anybody talking. This place is like a real “homey” feeling. You can hear people talking, there is interaction between co-workers, even laughter. Yes, laughing in a dentist office. The kind of feeling I have there makes me feel like the employees care about their job, and their patients. A huge shout out to Kendra, she’s my hygienist, THE BEST!!! I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but, if I have to get my teeth taken care of somewhere, it might as well be at a place I don’t hate to be. Thanks everyone, I finally don’t dread getting my dental work done.

Superb!! Really enjoy the staff, everyone are extremely pleasant and down to earth. Kindra does an amazing cleaning polishing, my 2 new crowns could not fit better nor come any closer to feeling like the original equipment!!! A really fantastic dentist.
