I have sever anxiety about going to the dentist. Even for routine cleanings.
From the moment I spoke to Lauren about my issue and setting an appointment, I was treated with respect and kindness. My consultation was very informative with Dr Chen explaining how to read my x rays and that this molar could be saved. We discussed all the options at length, and Dr Chen or Lauren never rushed me! Making me feel confident and at ease.
I decided to remove the molar with sedation and scheduled for today 9/24/24.
I was greeted by Lauren, took care of my bill and was placed in dental chair. My granddaughter was with me for moral support and they were ok with that too. I was given a pill (for anxiety) and nitrous too, I started to relax. Dr Chen told me I was in charge and they could go slow if I needed too. To lift my arm if I needed to stop. That molar was in some pretty deep bone. Evidently my bone is really good. From the first injection of novacaine to the rest of the procedure I was comfortable at all times and not scared. Dr Chen pulled the tooth in one piece with zero stitches! I’m so relieved this is over finally. Dr Chen was my third dentist after walking out on two others. AESTHETIC DENTISTRY WITH DR CHEN IS AMAZING PLACE YO GET YOUR SERIOUS DENTAL CARE DONE. The kindness and professional manner they have was truly my blessing. THANK YOU DR CHEN AND STAFF❤️

Dr Chen is wonderful. She is very talented in everything that she does. She spends what ever amount of time she needs to get the results perfect. I love my upper denture. I have had so many compliments on how natural they look. Her assistant “Bhavisha is great as well. She works closely with Dr Chen and is very knowledgable in all the processes it takes to get a good natural and a tight fitting denture. I will never have to worry about being in a store parking lot again and sneezing and my upper denture goes flying across the parking lot. That was horrible and people were everywhere. Thank you Dr Chen and Bhaviaha “B” for short. I could not be any happier with your kindness and now I smile huge all the time. Thank you Thank you. If I could give 10 stars they would definitely be all 10’s. From a patient for ever!!!!!.
