AMAZING Experience!!!! Found this company on Tiktok and I am overwhelmed with my experience. Doctor Dave is 1 in A million he needs to be awarded! Mia the front desk clerk is the angel I saw on tiktok that lead me here, she is too sweet. Latrell Doctor Dave’s Assistant is a Gem in the making he is awesome. And last but not least Alesa that made everything possible this whole team is literally the dream team 10/10 experience

I’m an old patient of Dr. Zelby’s and love this office. Good location and great staff. Dr. Nadia has done a great job taking over my care! She’s very gentle. She made me very comfortable when I had to have some work done and I started Invisalign with her because she is so great and easy to work with!

The office billed me the full amount (before insurance) with the understanding that they would reimburse me with any credits once insurance paid them. I’ve been waiting two months for my credit to issued. Further, the office no longer see to be accepting my calls or returning my messages. I’m very upset that they continue to hold my family’s money due back to us (over $2,000). I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

I initially chose this office because of Dr. Zelby, but since it’s been taken over by Dr. David, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I scheduled my appointment specifically with Dr. Zelby, only to find out on the day of my visit that he was no longer with the practice—something they failed to inform me beforehand. They acted as if he was still there, which felt very misleading.

To make matters worse, I had already paid for my consultation and impressions during my previous visit, and they refused to provide me with the impressions I had already paid for. It feels like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of patients without delivering on what was originally promised.

If you’re looking for the level of expertise and care that Dr. Zelby provided—DO NOT come here. It’s not the same practice, and the new management is unimpressive at best. It’s a complete rip-off.

Dr. Zelby has moved to a new office, and it’s better than ever. Save yourself the headache and go straight to him. You’ll get the results you actually want without the frustration.

Do not waste your time with this dentist. I went about a year ago and I'm still paying for it. I went for a consultation for veneers and without telling me how much they would charge, they decided to go ahead and make mockup models of my teeth. Not only did the models look absolutely horrible, but they ended up charging me $1200. I am still paying it off and I am furious.

Dr. Zelby did an absolutely fantastic job with my Veneers! The entire process was so much easier than I imagined. The staff was wonderful and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I can’t give any higher of a recommendation - Thank you!
