Dr. Charles Zahedi took the time to explain each step clearly, addressing any concerns and ensuring my family member felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

I visited Dr. Zahedi for a first-time checkup. While he was very respectful and caring, the overall experience was disappointing. They didn’t review my X-rays or provide a clear treatment plan. During the visit, they took some basic images with a regular camera, which felt unprofessional. The device they used in my mouth wasn’t properly cleaned, and the experience was quite unpleasant.

The biggest issue was the receptionist’s complete lack of professionalism. I called several times to get my images, but she never followed up as promised. Every time I called, she made excuses and never got back to me. After a week of waiting, I was finally told they wouldn’t release the images, which made no sense. Her dismissive attitude and poor communication made the experience even worse.

Although I respect Dr. Zahedi, the poor service from the support team, especially the receptionist, was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this office.

Dr. Zahedi was very good with handling me and my grandma straight from when we entered the office. I heard he was an implant specialist which my grandma needed and me and my grandma were very satisfied with his work.

Dr. Zahedi takes an effort to help a large number of older adults, 90 years and older, such as my grandma that other dentists refuse to treat due to their age and lack of income. I personally saw how many very old patients were extremely satisfied with his treatments including implant treatments at Affordable Dentist.

This was the first time I’ve ever felt uncomfortable in a medical setting let alone a dental clinic. This is saying a lot as I have had multiple injury-related surgeries. I then come to find out that they’ve absolutely wrung my insurance for everything they could for antibiotics that I certainly did not need. I have healthy gums, yet then gave me areston for periodontal gum disease. The list goes on. It is in your best interest to never visit this place. Many good other dentists in the area that care about their patients.

Their schedule system is great. You receive a reminder leading up to your appointment. Highly recommended!
