EXCELLENT CLIENT CARE!!!! I love Dr. Ivory and his staff at Alabama Surgical Arts. They are always kind and patient. I highly recommend!! I recently (11/14/24) had oral surgery. Not only did the staff make sure I was comfortable before the procedure by providing me with a blanket, Dr. Ivory called later that day to check on me and to tell me to call them if I needed anything. Talk about great customer service! They go beyond. In fact, a better way to describe my experiences (been there more than once) is they give EXCELLENT CLIENT CARE!!!

The whole staff was fantastic. I do not have a single criticism. I was even impressed that the doctor called me last night to see how I was doing. I was in and out of there within an hour. Everyone there was so friendly. I would highly recommend Them to any of my friends who need to have dental surgery.

I just got done with having all 4 wisdom teeth removed, I cannot express how great of a job Dr.Ivory and his team did! I have severe anxiety and everyone was so nice and helpful and answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous. I felt very safe and taken care of during the whole experience. I cannot recommend this facility enough. Thank you again for everyone involved ?

Yesterday I had a molar tooth extraction at Alabama Surgical Arts, and I can't express enough how incredible the staff made this experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, ensuring that all paperwork was handled smoothly. Dr. Joseph W. Ivory was amazing with a great sense of humor and the dental assistants were outstanding. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. Before the extraction, the most patient and gentle anesthetists gave me an IV and prepared me to take my 15-minute nap ?. I felt relaxed and well cared for, thanks to their gentle approach and constant reassurance. Post-procedure, the staff provided clear instructions for recovery and were readily available for any questions I had. Their follow-up was exceptional, which made me feel valued as a patient. Overall, my experience at Alabama Surgical Arts was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking dental care, especially for procedures like extractions. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so positive!

I have had extensive dental work done in the past and experienced the good and the bad. Yesterday I had three wisdom tooth removed by Alabama Surgical Arts and it was my best dental experience. The staff was very professional, the nurses put you at ease and are very professional. Dr. Ivory was excellent. About one hour after arriving at home my wife received a call from Dr. Ivory checking in on me, ensuring I was doing good. (I was sleeping as a result of the anesthesia)?. Second day in recovery and I feel great. I would like to thank the staff, nurses and Dr. Ivory at Alabama Surgical Arts, for taking excellent care of me. I definitely recommend Alabama Surgical Arts.

Dr. Ivory and his staff were amazing! Considering I have anxiety when it comes to having dental work, my appointment was rather pleasant. From the time I checked in to the end of my procedure, it was great. The nurses were outstanding & explained everything while putting me at ease. Dr Nizam was great. He called later in the day to check on me. My overall experience was GREAT!
