Went in for an annual cleaning my original appointment was at 3:00pm, but the helpful receptionist Renee called and asked if I would be interested in taking a 2:00pm appointment that opened up. I accepted the offer and was able to get to the dental office earlier than planned. Holly was a great dental hygienist and was very helpful. So everyone was extremely helpful and professional in their work.

The hygienist was great! No complaints. Really annoyed with Dr. Bryan though. Last year he made me wait over 30 minutes after my cleaning was done and for a routine checkup. I ended up using one of his colleagues. This year, same thing, but I left in frustration after waiting almost 30 minutes for him to grace me with his presence….there I was just sitting around waiting for him to catch up with his poor time management. “Just five more minutes… just five more minutes.” One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone thinks their time is more important than another’s.

My family and I have been going to them for a year now and they’ve been amazing each time I’ve gone. My dentist knows me by name now, which is nice and makes the experience less scary. They are knowledgeable as well as prompt. For example, I thought I broke my tooth, called at 9 AM, was given at appointment for 12pm, was told I just lost an old filling. They fixed me right then and there and I was out by 12:45 and that included the time for the X-rays. Definitely recommend!

Dr.Sam is an amazing dentist. He takes time to let you ask questions and make sure you understand what is going on before, during and after each step of the process. He is kind and gentle. His hygienist was also very kind and knowledgeable. I wish they had better payment arrangements especially for patients with no insurance.

Dr. Clark along with Ruth are really great. Always look forward to seeing them and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend going here if you have the opportunity, very professional, clean and friendly.

Today my daughter (almost 2yo) had her second appointment. They are always super friendly and make her feel comfortable. While there, they noticed that I had a cleaning scheduled a month from now and were able to squeeze me in then. They helped get my daughter all the fun activities she would need to stay happy while my teeth were getting cleaned. My hygienist, Ruth, was amazing! She not only did an amazing job but she was also so helpful in keeping my daughter happy while she cleaned my teeth. Can't say enough good things!

I have been a patient with Alaska Premier Dental Group for years! They truly value, take care of, and appreciate their patients. The hygienists are personable, easy to talk to, and make the experience smooth and easy! Dr. Clark and his staff are truly the best!
