I was pondering how it was possible for Albany Oral to have such high ratings for generally procedures most people would consider unpleasant. Well after I had wisdom teeth removed today, I understand the high ratings. Kenya, at the front desk is great. The process of consultation, explanation of cost and payment is streamlined. And the procedure itself was fast and painless. Highly recommend if you need this type of work done.

Got 3 wisdom teeth removed and everything went as planned. Staff was very professional and comforting throughout the whole process. Dr. Vu was very supportive and made sure I didn’t feel a thing as he extracted my teeth. Donovan also made sure I was comfortable and pain free. Before I knew it, the procedure was over and I felt total relief. They sent me home with my meds and detailed guidelines on what to expect the next few days of recovery. Thank you to the amazing staff at Albany OMS.

I couldn't be more pleased & satisfied with the oral surgery I received. The reception area was beautifully designed & calming in deep green with honey-colored wood, and low-lighting; top quality equipment & fixtures in the spotless & spacious clinic/surgery area. Dr. Gu was friendly & inspired my trust. He explained what he intended to do & why, and asked for my questions & concerns. He listened to what I said & responded helpfully. He was efficient, careful and conscious that such surgery in the mouth might be difficult for the patient, checking a few times to see if I was ok. His assistant was clear with explanations & instructions; he helped by holding my jaw during the procedure. I would definitely go to them again for oral or maxillofacial surgery.

My first consultation for upcoming surgery was a wonderful experience. Dr. Giao Vu was patient and gave me as much time as I wanted and answered every question with thoroughness. His professionalism and obvious high intelligence were consistent with his doctorate degrees. He is credentialed both as an MD and as a DDS. Wow.

Very professional & helpful staff. Dr was very informative and willing to answer all my questions and concerns with grace and patience. My experience was genuinely "nice" and extremely fast. They had both my right side wisdom teeth removed in about 20 minutes flat. Very impressive. Would recommend this place for major Orthodontist work.
